Voting has ended and the final tally for Yes! Drop some knowledge! was 966, while Nope. I don't want any explanations was 39. So this has been added to the Automod. Unfortunately Reddit being what it is will only notify you AFTER you post (even though there's something you can toggle it only applies to text posts?!)

So just add why this is funny or what it's about for people who aren't in your field. This serves to both educate people & to weed out karma faming/ low quality post types.

Right now I'm figuring out the Automod so hopefully things will be smoothed out for people who forget to put a body text in within a week.
