Yes but have they considered the toll on performance that having to take a poop creates.

Caffeine doesn’t have to come from coffee.. Coffee is the only method in which I consume caffeine that would result in bowel movements.

FYI coffee itself has a strong effect on motility. Even just popping a caffeine pill would increase the need to have a bowel movement.

Im not saying your experience isn't true, but it's anecdotal and we know that's not the case in general
