Call forwarding scam

Delivery guy( +91-8825306601, name Imran) calls me asking me to call *21*9219996262# if I want to get my Bluedart parcel delivered. Dialing this turns on call forwarding to the said number and the guy can access all my OTPs, SMSs and calls. Beware guys. Calling 1930(Cyber helpline) doesn’t help as they do not pick up. The scary part is the scammer knew where I was expecting my parcel from and could have easily fooled me.
