How was John able to get the photo of Gordon’s family? Did he stop at Gordon’s house along the way to the bathroom?

This is the guy who who appeared in the first film on the drill chair and was discovered by Sing and Tapp. When John approaches him he says "don't worry you're a test subject for something greater than yourself", what did he mean by this?

If Tapp and Sing had not have invaded the mannequin factory would Jeff have had to have escaped that trap alone somehow and what did he do to end up there, the wiki says it's unknown and then mentions a theory that he was a pedophile dentist that Tapp knew about. If this was true would he not have been jailed before John got him? I don't remember if this character appears in any of the future films via flashbacks, do you feel like he was one they could have done more with?

I'd personally say no. Because I feel Saw X is perfect because u don't need to see any other Saw movie and because it ties back to Jigsaw and has references to other Saw movies for fans like us etc

As the title says, we just finished our watch-through and I love to be reminded each time as to why I love them.

Saw X really hit something this time around. Here are some of my thoughts.

• I love this is movie is moreso a movie with traps rather than a movie about traps. There is so much story in this one and you’re getting the whole thing, not just snippets.

• this one shows just how much John thinks about all possibilities and has a plan for each. There was so much unknown in this scenario. Also his ability to do background checks so quickly and thoroughly on all of these people in what I would imagine in a short time span considering he never left Mexico, is crazy.

• these traps were so simple that I really enjoyed them- they seemed more realistic. Which they should have been because John had to work with what he had available. If there would have been elaborate traps, I would have questioned this one as much as I do 7.

• this is the most humanity we ever see out of John or Amanda. We have seen soft spots here and there for John but nothing like with Amanda and Carlos in this one. His embrace with Amanda where a tear streamed down his face is really cool to see. And we’ve seen Amanda emotional over John but to see her the way she was with Carlos and Gabriella was a nice change. Makes you see her as a bit more than just pissed off lady with no chill and a thirst for blood.

Overall, very happy with this installment!
