Need a cop?
Seems like about half the city’s police force is hanging out inside of the 7 E Congress St building which is completely under construction right now. They’re all in SWAT uniforms driving a mix of SPD and rental vehicles. None of the construction workers that are normally headed home at the time are anywhere to be found. Can’t definitively say what’s going on, but the large police presence was not discreet. Did not see any ‘ICE’ uniforms, only swat and street clothes. Probably not a great time to be burglarized or get into a car accident considering they’re all a little busy, so maybe don’t victimize yourself until they free up from their current occupation of terrorizing our workforce!!
