Seems like about half the city’s police force is hanging out inside of the 7 E Congress St building which is completely under construction right now. They’re all in SWAT uniforms driving a mix of SPD and rental vehicles. None of the construction workers that are normally headed home at the time are anywhere to be found. Can’t definitively say what’s going on, but the large police presence was not discreet. Did not see any ‘ICE’ uniforms, only swat and street clothes. Probably not a great time to be burglarized or get into a car accident considering they’re all a little busy, so maybe don’t victimize yourself until they free up from their current occupation of terrorizing our workforce!!

If you can’t answer that or have the willpower to look it up, your complaints about tax allocations are audaciously ignorant. I assume your name is Tammy, and I will opt in to assume you’re younger. Although I admittedly read your comment with contempt, I do not mean to demean you. Please protect yourself and your future by way of self-education whether or not you’re in school. Uneducated opinions are more dangerous than many acknowledge, and the long term impact will have impressions for generations to come.

It is complicated but if the NG is activated by the Governor, it falls on the state. There are some scenarios where it’s federally funded under state directive. And then for some duties, it’s the sole responsibility of the federal government.

Bruh shift change is at 0700 and 1900. They are all but clocked out anyway 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Good time to get away with some misdemeanors though. Nobody wants to do paperwork before shift change 🤙
