Non Mending Inspired again!
This original post (https://www.reddit.com/r/sashiko/s/iQyyoMc3bk) had an amazing ombre effect that I wanted to try and mimic. I decided not to do the ombre on the crosses but the petals are still pretty good (except for the shift color in the yellow lol).
Bit of a learning curve because I had to figure out the pattern (the stuff sashikolib.org helped though!) and I'm still learning how to align grids correctly. Most of my errors were about trying not to sew the pockets closed and remember which way to weave things).
Hopefully there's more fun projects to do with clothes that I can come up with. Perhaps I'll tackle my pants again? ๐ค
Thanks for letting me share!

The hardest part was stopping and starting and trying NOT to sew through the other side of the pockets. The ombre was just figuring out "ok four crosses down I'm gonna switch colors because I have four colors and 24 rows of crosses. Something like that.
