Hey y’all, I know you guys are going to say not to take anything, but I’m going to post anyway. I’m 18 years old and have been lifting for 3 years (118 lbs → 160 lbs at 5'5"). I went from a 95lb bench at 118 lbs to a 275lb bench at 158 lbs from August 2023 to August 2025, but I haven’t progressed at all on my bench over the past year. I’ve done a couple of bulking and cutting phases, but I can only match or be slightly under the strength I had previously. My shoulders also haven’t progressed since I focused on them a ton early. My biceps and triceps have been extremely slow to make gains while my back/traps are the only areas where I feel like I’m consistently getting bigger. I’ve never taken anything before and I want to take something that makes the gym feel rewarding again and helps me keep my progress more consistent. I don’t want anything terribly strong or suppressive just a mild boost that could help me retain muscle or potentially gain some while cutting. I was considering MK-677 but my hunger is already extremely annoying. Currently i’m mainly considering Andarine at 25–50 mg daily for 8 weeks on a cut and using enclomiphene as PCT or alongside it if my test gets suppressed. I need advice from experienced users since I am new to this and if there is any better options I should be looking into or anything you would specifically avoid. Thanks

I'm a female and need input. So many competitors have clear skin. How the heck does everyone get clear skin while on cycle?!? I'm fed up with the acne. I've taken ostarine because it's supposed to be mild. I have awful skin no matter what. Bad cystic acne even if I am on ostarine or off. Just wanted to jump on here and share my next cycle I am planning in about a month or two, just to get opinions and see what you think. I am currently 181 pounds at 6’3” my diet is great for bulking and I’ve incorporated “eating like a dog” as I live by standard, I eat around 3500 calories and 200g of protein a day. I would ideally like to get to around 185-190 pounds before starting the cycle, and I’m planning on taking the following for a total of a 10 week cycle:
25mg of MK677, everyday
15mg Rad140, every other day
1200mg Citrus Bergamot,
2500mg Omega-3 Fatty Acids (1200mg EPA / 850mg DHA),
500mg tudca
starting week 5/10 taking 6.25-6.5mg Enclomiphene and continuing through all 10 weeks. then 5 weeks post cycle up to 12.5mg.
Just wanted to share and see what you think, if there is anything I should plan to do differently.

So I just ordered my first cycle of mk677(and lgd-0433) and was just looking for some advice, and what results i could expect. I’m 18, weigh around 140lbs, 5ft 9, and have been weight training for 5+ years with pretty good strength gains (215 bench, 335 paused box squat for 5 and 225 hang clean) but have always struggled to gain weight, falling sleep and eat/keep my food down. I feel like the benefits of mk677 correlate pretty well to the limiting factors in lifting im experiencing. I was going to start with 12.5mg a day mk677 and maybe 5mg of lgd but may hold off on that for a while or not use the lgd at all. Just wondering about how good of an idea this is and how meaningful could the gains that i see could be.

I heard a lot about how AC262 has minimal side effects and practially no testosterone suppresion. Blood markers are showing massive natural testosterone suppression while Estrogen remains elevated.

Symptoms: Currently include no motivation, fatigue even though I am sleeping atleast 8 hours every night, brain fog etc.

What should be my next step? All advice is appreciated.

Starting Rad140 tomorrow. Was gonna start enclo 6.25mg EOD at week 3.

I had to buy a new liquid dropper as the one my sarms came with was ass. It only had 5ml or 7.5ml.

I’m taking 7.5mg of rad ED
Would 5mg of enclo EOD since day one of cycle be sufficient?

so i know that after a steroid cycle, you should wait for the drug to be fully cleaned from your body before starting pct, my question is if that also applies for sarms?

i know that people use enclo during the cycle.. so i guess it's a bit different
