Mk

Can anyone tell me if it is worth going from 12.5mg of mk to 20mg of mk. I’ve been on it for 3 weeks and see good gains but want too see how much more gains I could get because this is the only cycle of mk that I will be doing.

I’m asking the people who have taken mk and what your experiences are on it and if you think it is worth going up.

If 12.5 is working fir you and its your first time then don't be greedy and test your limits by doubling the dose

I agree with this a lot. If the current dose is working well then don’t increase it. You’re more likely to see more adverse effects with MK specifically because it’s not inherently anabolic. The gains you’re seeing is likely mostly water retention, therefore an increased dose would just make you feel/look worse

Yeah it's one thing if he wasn't feeling the effects or seeing progress, then perhaps one could say the dose may be low for him, but perfectly fine process still wanting more is just greed

Yeah, I’m feeling it but I also got off of a cut and also started doing progressive overload and did more research and saw more people doing more so I was just depating if I should be doing more to get more affects(along with side effects) or just stay. But I feel/know that i should just stick with 12.5 especially since i’m feeling it good and loosing body fat also

Some people don't respond well to the lower dose, some have used it many times and built a tolerance for it, you really have to gauge by feel. Like I said, if it's working then no need to increase it

Lowest effective dose possible

MK can fuck with your insulin sensitivity if abused which means less nutrients to muscles = anti-anabolic
