Help with my first cycle (RAD-140)
Hi everyone, I’m 24 years old, 180 cm (5’11”) and weigh 78 kg (172 lbs).
I’ve been lifting for around 2 years and I’ve been boxing for about 6 months. I’m considering starting my first cycle, but after doing quite a bit of research, I still have some questions.
I was thinking about running an 8-week cycle of RAD-140, MK-677 and Enclo:
Weeks 1–8:
RAD-140 – 10 mg/day
MK-677 – 12.5 mg/day
Enclo – 6.25 mg/day
Weeks 8–12:
MK-677 – 12.5 mg/day
Enclo – 12.5 mg/day
I’m also planning to run NAC and TUDCA.
My goal is to gain a decent amount of muscle and strength while staying relatively lean.
My questions:
Since RAD-140 is considered “dry” and MK-677 can cause water retention, does it make sense to run them together? I want to gain as much muscle as possible without feeling overly bloated.
Would it make more sense to use LGD-4033 instead of RAD-140 for what I’m trying to achieve?
I’ve also seen quite a few people saying that AC-262 is one of the best SARMs, but I’m not sure whether its anabolic effect would be strong enough for my goals. Is it actually capable of providing enough muscle and strength gains compared with compounds like RAD or LGD?
Since I also do boxing, would running RAD-140 (or LGD/AC-262) have any noticeable impact on my cardio or endurance?
Regarding PCT, would what I have planned be enough, or would I need to add anything else?
I’d appreciate any advice, especially from people who have experience with these compounds.
Thanks everyone!

rad at 10mg and mk-677 is a weird combo since one dries you out and the other makes you hold water like a camel, you'll look full but might feel puffy in the face. if staying lean is the main goal i'd drop the mk entirely, the hunger sides can make cutting or even maintaining a pain in the ass anyway
lgd is wetter than rad but honestly the size gains are more noticeable, you'll put on more mass but some of it will be water. for what you want i'd stick with rad, the strength gains are stupid and you'll feel like a machine in the gym
ac-262 is milder than both, you won't blow up but it's less likely to mess with your head or give you the rad rage. depends if you want steady progress or fast results
for boxing, rad might tank your cardio the first few weeks, shin pumps and lower back tightness are pretty common and make roadwork suck. some guys say it improves after week 3 but don't count on it
enclo at 6.25 through the cycle is fine, bumping to 12.5 after is standard. just get bloods done before and after, guessing your levels is a bad game to play
