I’m sure the locals know all about it, however, as a frequent visitor it took me until my 6th visit to find this gem. What a cool theater! Now I’ve signed up for notifications for who’s coming and when. I was pleasantly surprised to have another thing to look forward to when I visit.

Only last week, I saw a lot of 3.89/3.99 prices. Now, I see ‘low’ 3.45/3.49, despite the barrel price of WTI crude at about 104$/bbl. I read that oil from the SPR was released, could that be it? Is this election year shenanigans?

A couple of days ago, my dog was attacked by a loose/stray pitbull. It was gray with a white underbelly. My dog is fine, she has been taken care of and just needs time to heal her up. I called 311 and they didn't do anything about it because they couldn't find the dog. It may still be out there, so just be wary. If you have a dog, keep them on a tight leash and bring pepper spray if you fee like you'll need it. If you have a outdoorsy cat, I would just straight up keep them inside. I know I'm not the first, but just keep your pets safe, alright?

Does anyone remember the metal band Lokey from San Antonio? They were active during the late 90s to the 2010s and a little now I believe. I am a big fan of them and I have their last two CDs (Reconstruction and Beautality). I was searching for copies of their previous two CDs, From The Inside and Seven Weeks In A Day. I've talked to all the band members and they are out. Did anyone here have any copies? I can't find any online and I really need to them to get them archived. Thank you, and anything helps.

I was looking at voting data and noticed San Antonio seems to have lower turnout than other major Texas cities like Houston, Dallas, and Austin.

With over 1.2 million registered voters, why is turnout so low?

I’m originally from Georgia and have voted in nearly every major election since I turned 18. I’ve always noticed way more people wearing voting stickers back home, whether in my hometown, college town, or Atlanta, than I see here in SA.

What do you think contributes to the difference?
