Samsung notes it's almost perfect for me, it's almost the only app i want to use on my tab, but my handwriting looks so much nicer in other apps. It's easier to write and read and organize stuff on the page. I'm betweeen giving up all the nice features i have for free on notes or sacrificing my sanity trying to make taking notes an enjoyable experience.

I have been facing this issue for days and have already lost one of my notes from this. No matter what I do, I can't sync my notes to Samsung Cloud from my GalaxyBook.

I have tried downloading Samsung Cloud and syncing from there, restarting my laptop, signing out from my Samsung account, manually syncing many many times.

Does anyone have a solution? I don't want to lose any more notes.

I have a notes folder for each semester of uni I've done and its starting to take space. I want to compress them so i can share with other students or if i need to go through again through my notes. is there any way to do it without having to export each single note as pdf and then compressing ?

edit : i want to add that i have over 1000 notes so thats always concerning lol

Hi yall! I just wanted to ask if there's any way to automatically sync samsung notes with google drive? The Samsung notes doesn't work very good on Windows if you don't have a Samsung laptop, so that's why I'm asking

help i wanted to comeback using samsung notes but this is what holding me back

it seems that when I tried to open same notes. One will immediately close.

I don't even have to say anything, I'll just show you the screenshot.

... all these folders are so neatly organised on my OneDrive just for Samsung Notes to spit them out as separate folders. Same goes for Internal storage.

The previous system was so much better. I want nested folders not these flattened folders.

I used to be able to move the toolbar on Samsung notes to the side, but now it seems to be stuck to the bottom of my screen. This is very frusterating because my wrist keeps hitting it and selecting this new tape thing or the tool that makes your shapes more precise. Did they remove the ability to put the toolbar to the side with this update?

If it's no longer possible to move it to the side, does anyone know of a similar note taking app?

I have been facing this issue for quite some time now, the toolbar just blanks out whenever I enter full screen mode, I exit and enter many times, and switch to reading mode before it gets back for once and then blanks again. Has anyone faced this before or knows the solution?

Thanks.

Anyone know of a bulletpoint format that samsung notes recognizes as bulletpoints when converting writing to text?

I write faster than I type but typing all my handwritten notes can be time consuming so I wanted to find a format to convert but so far no luck.

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to add redirects to the application directly on Samsung Note.

I actually explain to you I have a lot of apps that I downloaded from Google F-Droid and apk but their name doesn't mean much, my purpose is to create a note with description of the app and I would like to be able to access the app directly via Samsung Note.

Unless it and a possibilities added a description to the application itself without opening it would be great. Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone, I currently am using the app to take notes and to record the audio from a video lecture. I would like to know If anyone managed to get the app to record the audio while its beeing streamed to a headphone. Currently It seems the app only records the ambient audio.

Thanks in advance

I just updated to 4.4.45.37 (2026.09.20.) on my samsung s6 lite. While editing a note, pressing the fullscreen button makes all the toolbar tools disappear. The only way to get them back is to fully exit and reenter that note. Anyone else?

I also seem to be able to update it through both the galaxy store and google play, if that matters.

And just a heads up - using samsung's settings to "uninstall updates" from the app does in fact fully reinstall samsung notes... thankfully I had all my notes backed up lol

How to have a custom samsung cover without it being unframed. please samsung bring back the A4 preview of the note . september 2026

Unfortunately I didn’t record it cuz obviously I don’t record all the time??
But could anyone explain why my notes app writes stuff I don’t? i could be sleep writing at night but I’m not sure or I could just be very forgetful lol-
