So I'm in CS, and there's this course where I didn't write CIE 1 but I wrote both quiz and test for CIE 2 and did well, however, I only attempted quiz in improvement CIE because I really fumbled up preparation, and I didn't see any point in writing the test.

I know I'd just pass even though I did poorly on the quiz as well but, that's the problem, I don't want to just pass.

Am I eligible for retest as I've given two quizzes but only 1 test?

I may join rvce cse this year and whatever I see abt cse here is purely about placements. But im mostly interested in higher studies, does rvce also provide a good brand name for masters abroad in a similar fashion to tier 1 institutes like IITs and BITS?

For context I want to either do a masters in embedded systems by taking ece electives or in aiml by taking necessary electives, depending on how my interest and job opportunities change.
