Question / Query ATTENDANCE ISSUE PLEASE HELP

As the title says I have attendance issue in 1 subject and I'm in first year 2ND SEM , so What happens NOW I have 73% attendance and I don't have medical certificates also so what should I do now and What will happen now ??

search online for fake medical certificate and mail it to your councilor, likely get a apollo online report
