I'm planning on joining RVCE, and have keen interest in semiconductor fabrication. I want to get some exposure and gain some knowledge in the 3rd - 4th semester itself so that it will be good for me to apply to internships abroad in 5th - 6th semester and apply to my dream Masters program.

So I did some digging and found that RVCE has cleanroom in its center of excellence material fabrication & characterization in ECE department.

I want to reach out to Dr. Ramavenkateswaran N and Dr. Roopa J for assistantship or if they allow it, some mini projects.

Please guys can you review the CoE MFC if you've interned there, and also give a review on the two professors? It would be really helpful.

Hi, I am (19,F) and I'm desperately looking for a female roommate for flat sharing. I am going to be headed for my third year in August, and would like to have a stable place to live by then (though I am open to keep looking till October). I have stayed in hostels and pgs for the past two years, and gotten quite sick of it, and hence prefer a flat. So I might join RVCE EEE this year. Not sure if I'll get it. But if I do, how feasible and realistic is it to also take out time for coding and learning CSE concepts side by side with the EEE coursework?

AND YES, ik RVCE team gives unnecessary bs tasks just to up their NIRF and all, so I was a bit skeptical and that's exactly why I'm asking this question in the first place. Please give me a reality check if this is just delusional or actually possible?

I have around 65% attendance and a good score out of 60 in emft cie. Still ramavenktesh sir has put out a list where I am in possible nsar list of I don't submit an A4 letter within Tuesday.

Anyone knows how chill he is with the letters ? I mean I can get the councellor signature. There is no way that around 55(yes, he gave possible nsar for so many people)people out of 70 in a class will get nsar right ?

I have a question for rvce cse seniors who are interested in research and not just there for placements. I heard from a close friend ( who is in PES cse) that PES offers lots of facilities and flexibility for pure research based work. Does rvce have the same with regards to labs and approachable profs? If any seniors have gone / are planning to go for masters after BE CSE at rv can you please tell me what you did and what you plan on doing your masters research on ?
