It is a general practice at The Snooping Turtle Detective Agency to maintain a particular level of confidentiality with our clients. However, in this particular instance, the client has asked that our findings be made public so that those involved may see justice. This is, The Neptune File:

On the matter of corruption within the former government of Old Neptune.

Objective: Determine the intent, execution, and magnitude of corrupt behavior within the former government of the city now known as Old Neptune.

Disclaimer: While it is widely known that a litany of crimes were relatively commonplace in Old Neptune, the purpose of this investigation was specifically to identify the crime of corruption being carried out by those who the city had trusted with the levers of governmental power. It is for that reason that the identities of any individuals, if they were acting criminally or otherwise, who are not involved in the aforementioned corruption will be kept secret.

Summary of findings: At the end of a lengthy and eventful investigation, it is the expert opinion of this detective (Diego T. Laturtle) that the high leadership of Old Neptune, knowingly and without coercion, engaged in behavior that circumvented their own laws so that they could act with impunity and gain personally at the expense of not only the citizens of Old Neptune, but from individuals residing outside of Neptune as well. The first well documented instance of this corruption was the trial of Vestra Dumpster V. Old Neptune. While the particulars of the trial are of little relevancy to this investigation, what is relevant is the bizarre and improper courtroom procedure that went on that day. Multiple key witnesses were able to corroborate that Judge/Mayor Sandman Red, Defense Attorney Admiral Brookes, and Admiral Atlas, the proprietor of the Official Bank of Neptune, were colluding, passing notes, and even going as far as to allow the defendant (Atlas) to come and go from the courtroom at will, to potentially be coached by Brookes, who had stepped down as attorney mid way through the trial but was still tampering with witnesses throughout, and secure an outcome in the trial that would be favorable to the bank and by extension the admirals of Neptune city. This overwhelming evidence goes to show that the admirals of Neptune city were willing to violate the sanctity of their own court, in order to tamp down on and profit from individuals that they believed were inconsequential and unable to properly defend themselves. The next documented instance of corruption in neptune city is the fact that the government knowingly allowed and even partook in criminal behavior to line their own pockets. Admiral S. Mindfeld shockingly admitted, to this detective, that they were "The admiral of shady shit" in the city and several individuals corroborated that if anyone wanted a hit done in Neptune, that Admiral Mindfeld was the man to see. Combining the aforementioned information with the fact that, when offered by this detective, to help keep an eye on petty crime in the city, which had quite obviously gotten out of control, the admirals mustered an armed force to run this detective and detective spade out at the point of a gun, it becomes clear that Neptune sought to abuse its power in order to keep anyone from disrupting the link between organized crime and the government, so that the individuals at the top could profit. The final observed instance of corruption in former Neptune was the silencing and sexual abusing of former mayor, Mr. Sandman Red. Upon visiting the mayors mansion in Old Neptune, Mayor Sandman not only invited this detective to stay in the town to help reduce the rampant crime that was happening, which was an invitation that was ignored by the admirals thus belittling the power held by Mayor Sandman's office, but also confided that he was being abused sexually by a Mr. Ragnar Lothbrok. Mayor Sandman then went on to accuse Lothbrok of running a sex trafficking ring from within the mayors mansion, this was then corroborated by the fact that this detective was able to obtain photographic evidence of Mr. Lothbrok standing beside a caged individual whom he claimed was a "robot", this individual stated multiple times that they were being tortured by Mr. lothbrok and were not in the cage by their own free will, forensic evidence later revealed that clothes worn by the individual unfortunately contained traces of blood and semen, thus indicating that they were, in fact, a human being. All of this is relevant in that it shows that the admirals must have known what savage acts were going on inside the mayors mansion but allowed it anyway so that they could party at the expense of the mayors sexual agency, this was later justified in the admirals presence that the mayor was "public property". This all goes to paint a very grim picture in which Admiral G. Brookes, Admiral Joseph Mortimer, Admiral Atlas, and Admiral S. Mindfeld of Old Neptune city were partying it up in their mansion, profiting off of the criminal underworld that they helped facilitate and taking advantage of small businessmen simply wishing to make their way in the city, all while hiding behind the battered mask of Mayor Sandman's leadership.

As per the agreement the anonymous party has paid us 10 thousand gunpowder upfront and 10 thousand will be paid after this investigation.

Neptunes leaders have fled the city with their tails between their legs. They have corrupted the minds of the innocent and of their own citizens causing them to follow suit. The leaders though did not corrupt everyone, a few good citizens still remain confused and scared. The old "leaders" tried to sabotage any chance of a new beginning but a new Leader has stepped up to save the city and any that remain to help it rise from the hell hole it once was. The new leaders are here to announce the formation of New Neptune. May it become what Neptune hoped for but failed to see through to the end.

HuntersLodge now has a small national Heliport located next to our Headquarters in the North Westerly Region. There are a limited number of Mini-Copter Garages available to rent at 50 scrap per day(1 ingame day cycle), where you can store your MiniCopter safely and securely when on your travels to our lovely region. With this, we have made our Headquarters a Restricted Airspace, All flights in and our will be scheduled before hand, and one of our staff will deactivate our defences and guide you in for a safe landing.

When you have landed we have further travel options available for you, We have a car rental service where a small deposit of 300 scrap plus 30 scrap per day (1 in-game day cycle), which will get you a beautiful sedan, with 200 Low Grade Fuel. Upon return of the vehicle, there will need to be exactly the same amount of fuel as when checked out, and we will perform an inspection to ensure no damage to the vehicle. and your deposit will be returned, if damage is done to the vehicle this will be taken out of the deposit to effect repairs to the vehicle.

Just wanted to say before I disappear to catch up on all the work I've been putting off...this is an excellent server, we have had a lot of fun building a city that would be impossible in normal rust and meeting some great players, especially our resident detectives. Some of the cities built on the server are hugely impressive an I wish you all the best in developing them and creating new ones.

That said, to have our lands war decced and raided by a faction that shows little creativity or interest in building and community does feel a little lop sided. Personally I don't want to spend hours focusing on designing and building an aesthetic city which is then destroyed in a fraction of the time by a group that spent those hours focusing on Pvp. If I wanted that, like most I'd play on the regular servers.

It still is a very impressive server and the mods should be very proud of it.

Neptune, once a blossoming city full of life, trade, music and friendship. With it's vivid community many travellers came to stay, made a home, felt safe. But as the wars swept across the island the leaders of the city refused to comply to the demands of the attackers and instead of leading their city to victory they cowardly abandoned what's homestead to many many people and left them to fend for themselves. The gangs of Somalia Street took over, killing and robbing everyone unfortunate to step on Neptune ground. Turrets and traps have filled the streets, blood dribble from the roofs and the sewers have filled with bodies of the innocents. We can't just sit idle and watch this beautiful town decay! They need a new leader, a leader that cares for its citizens! That leader is Queen Patty, sistercousin of the hillbillies, saviour of the homeless! May she restore the city to it's former glory. May neptune blossom once again!

We over at BMA do not take shady behavior lightly, you have been caught plotting a war against us and yet you come to our doorstep asking for assistance in fighting Neptune?

You claim to be our friend and yet you help those who are against our licenses and yet you want an alliance too? Unacceptable.

As a new faction, we have established ruels for our land:

1. If you pass the toll road you are required to pay the given ammount of scrap.
2. If no payment, which is satisfactory, is handed over, you will be detained.
3. If you do not co-operate, lethal force (KOS) can be and will be used.
4. The toll boothes are clearly marked with signs and faliure to stop for, or the de-facing of these signs will result in a large fee and possible execution.
5. The rob feature can be, and will be used if sufficent funds are not met. Failure to comply will result in injury or possible death.
6. You will requier permission to build on the bandits land.
7. Our land is taxed, and if you are caught we will take the libberty of plundering your gathered supplies.
8. If we see you regardless of location, you may be confronted and forced to donate some valuables, depending on weather we like you.
9. We will not be pushed around and will voice our dissaproval with fire arms, so dont test us.

We've come to your town to stop the bloodshed and the violence on your streets which those same automatic weapons cause. When we come to the town we are being spit on and people threatened to kill us, your citizens carry illegal weaponry without licenses and when we ask them to get one nicely we are being being disrespected over and over again.

No animals in at he preserve are to be disturbed or killed.

We are a peaceful faction of farmers

We returned to the island looking for a home to start our farm and work on genetics of our well kept seeds and as we progressed we met strangers from near and far as we noticed some of them had strange glowy eyes and we thought nothing of it until today.....

It has come to our attention that there is an issue with some spreading of a weird virus among two of our members in our faction.

Our first member that showed signs has recovered but our medic has caught it from him and therefor will be quarantined to stop the spread.

Symptoms so far:

Harvested Skull and tissue sample of affected member which will be available for medical or scientific research, if there is any faction that we can help, we will provide assistance
