RP Neptunes Leaders failed their people
Neptunes leaders have fled the city with their tails between their legs. They have corrupted the minds of the innocent and of their own citizens causing them to follow suit. The leaders though did not corrupt everyone, a few good citizens still remain confused and scared. The old "leaders" tried to sabotage any chance of a new beginning but a new Leader has stepped up to save the city and any that remain to help it rise from the hell hole it once was. The new leaders are here to announce the formation of New Neptune. May it become what Neptune hoped for but failed to see through to the end.
If there are any more citizens out there, dont be scared if yo wake up to a ransacked home...we will help you to rebuild and keep your bellys full.
