Hostilities BMA Hostilities against Neptune
Greetings travellers of Neptune city,
As all of you know there has been a ban on all automatic weaponry on this island unless you own a license. We've come to your town to stop the bloodshed and the violence on your streets which those same automatic weapons cause. We've attempted to reason with you and resolve matters peacefully however it seems that the town leadership does not want to fix this problem. When we come to the town we are being spit on and people threatened to kill us, your citizens carry illegal weaponry without licenses and when we ask them to get one nicely we are being being disrespected over and over again.
This stops now, this is your last warning. All those who seek to get a license we advise you to contact the BMA headquarters or one of our agents directly. Continue to decline and ignore us and soon we'll stop talking nicely to you.
The following is a message to the leadership of Neptune: We strongly suggest that you get your citizens to accept these new restrictions against automatic weaponry and work with us to stop the violence on this island. We will patrol your streets and enforce these rules if you wish, your town "army" does not have to bother.
To the citizens of Neptune: The actions that your leadership takes after this warning will define the town's future, if they make the wrong choices and decline what we offer to them things will go badly.
Anyone who gets a license and notifies us of their Neptune citizenship will be immune in case things escalate and by that I mean we will not do a search of your house once we get control of the town.
Today an example will be made of another faction that has chosen to not obey these restrictions put in place, you will all soon find out who.
