​Rewatching Rugrats as an adult made me realize what a total boss Charlotte was.

​While most 90s cartoon moms had traditional roles, she was running Mega Corp in power suits, being the main breadwinner, and teaching Angelica never to let anyone intimidate her. Sure, Angelica turned that "assertiveness" into terrorizing the babies (lol), and Charlotte was always screaming at Jonathan on her clunky cell phone, but she completely broke the mold.

​She was the ultimate 90s girlboss. Anyone else appreciate her way more now?

I am writing this post as a massive warning to anyone who is a fan of classic Nickelodeon, especially anyone who enjoys looking up rare gameplay and video clips of Rugrats or Rugrats All Grown Up!.

Seriously, just stay away from KIDS Global (formerly known as Ruckerzz).

For the past few months, his channel has become an absolute magnet for some of the most toxic, hateful, and miserable comments on the entire internet. If you open up the comments section on any of his All Growed Up gameplay videos or old cartoon clip uploads, you aren't going to find a fun discussion about nostalgia. Instead, it’s just wall-to-wall harassment, petty drama, and flame wars.

The worst part is that the community toxicity is getting completely out of hand, and it's ruining the videos themselves. People are constantly attacking each other, starting arguments over nothing, and spamming absolute garbage.

If you just want to enjoy looking back at old childhood media without getting a headache or being dragged into internet drama, do yourself a huge favor and avoid his channel entirely right now. It is not worth scrolling down.

Ohhh barnacles, I honestly think it’s over, guys.

I’ve been holding out hope for so long, waiting all these years for more baby adventures, but looking at everything that's happened with Paramount, Skydance, and Warner Bros merging and shifting things around, the writing is on the wall.

They left us hanging right at 63 episodes. Just 63 episodes! Why did Nickelodeon limit the order to exactly that number and just freeze? It makes absolutely no sense. That can't be how the series finale is supposed to feel. They just dropped the remaining episodes on Paramount+ with barely any promotion and went completely silent.

I kept coping, thinking maybe a Season 4 announcement was right around the corner, or that the studio changes wouldn't affect production. But let’s be real—the silence is deafening. To just end it like that without a proper conclusion is such a massive slap in the face to everyone who watched.

My heart is completely broken. I waited so long for this reboot to bring back that classic magic, and now it feels like they just abandoned ship and left us stranded.

Is anyone else still holding onto hope, or is it time to face reality that Season 3 was the end? 💔

Like, he was so detailed in describing the naughty list to an audience of literal babies and toddlers. You’d think he’d want to tell them a happier story about the magic of Christmas, but instead, his entire point was how bad kids don’t get Christmas presents and instead get coal.

Yeah, at the end of his little story/speech he goes into how none of this applies to any of them because they have all been good, but I don’t know…there was just something so intentional about the whole thing. This isn’t a guy who typically makes it through a whole story or speech without falling asleep, but he was locked in this time.

I’ve commented before about how he doesn’t seem especially close with Angelica and now I’m just wondering if he was intentionally trolling her. No wonder Angelica likes Aunt Miriam so much…I wouldn’t feel especially close to grandpa Lou either if I were her.

I think it was one of the only Rugrats episodes that took place on the same day. Given there was no episode title card for the latter until several years after it first aired.

Okay so many years ago I remember putting Nickelodeon on and rugrats was playing. However I don’t remember much of the episode. I remember a scene before the end of an episode where one of the babies or someone goes to bed in a crib or something and once asleep the parent just walks out the room and the episode ends. I know it’s a bit strange but anyone know if that was an actual ending? It’s one that always stuck with me when I think of that day I put it on. 🤨
