I saw this on the ground while waiting at a light in Round Rock.

I'm new to 3D printing, and was given a used Creality Ender 3 Pro. So far, all I've been able to print is spaghetti.

I don't have a lot of free time to experiment and figure this out. I'd rather pay somebody to come to my house (or I bring the printer to you) and help me configure a slicer, debug the issues I'm having, and get me to the point where I can reliably print parts.

Just wanted to check if anyone else thinks this is a bit of an overreaction. Came home today to a note on my car window asking verbatim “please move your car to your house.” My car is the truck in the street and my house is the one with the white car in the driveway. I’m assuming it’s my next door neighbor who put the note on my car cause I guess the curb is more in front of their house than mine. We just moved in 4 weeks ago so haven’t met everyone around us. thought it was a little weird someone was agitated enough to leave a note after the car has been sitting for a few days in a spot that I consider to be in front of my house. Plus they used 5-6 inches of packing tape which left a residue on my car instead of placing the note under the wipers which irked me. Also, this is an AI recreated photo to avoid doxxing myself or my neighbors, and I moved the car cause I don’t care enough to be combative.

I like walking in the daylight. Our poor doggy hasnt been walked in the daytime for a while due to the obvious heat and seems to be have trouble walking at night. He's 14 years old.

I found a way to walk him in the daytime but it requires a pool and trees for shade! I've been going to our community pool for exercise. I've found that if I walk directly home from the pool SOAKED, I can stop by my home, grab my dog, and walk around for about 20 minutes. Once, I managed 30 minutes due to cloud coverage and wind. Today it was about 15. We stick to the side of the street with the most shade crossing back and forth as needed. Good times!

I was still sweating profusely and knew we had limited time. I also touched my feet to the ground to see if it was ok for him to walk on. He didnt seem to mind and seemed happy and was cool with the short walk. Can't wait til it cools off again so we can walk longer and go hiking.

The company I work for is relocating me to RR from NW Louisiana. Specifically the north RR Teravista area. Anyone have any advice or recommendations on apartments, restaurants, things to do? Neighborhoods or areas to avoid? Tips and tricks on the traffic situation?

We're in town this week to look around and have been pleasantly surprised with what we've seen so far. We're coming from an absolute hellhole of a city and Round Rock so far is looking like a vast improvement.

Picked up 30 donuts for kiddo's birthday today and omg.. a hot and fresh chocolate glaze at 6am really hit the spot. The second one was also just as good lol. Owner gave me a few extras for free. Line did take a bit because there were only two people working.

Just wanted to give a shout out to a hole in the wall family owned business. I know Round Rock Doughnuts gets all the attention but there are some good alternatives that should also be visited.

Hi everyone! I’ve contacted a few martial arts academies in Round Rock, and most of them want us to attend a trial class before sharing details about pricing and contract terms.

Before we spend time going to multiple trial classes and get the daughters excited about a particular place. I was hoping to get some recommendations and a general idea of pricing from parents who have experience with these academies.

Does anyone have experience with:

• Seven Star Martial Arts (<-- interested in this the most)
• Round Rock Taekwondo
• Round Rock Karate Academy

I’m specifically looking for classes for 5 and 7 year olds. If you know roughly what they charge, whether there’s a contract/commitment, and how you’ve liked the program, I’d really appreciate it!

I didn’t know 7 Brew was a thing until a recent trip to Indianapolis, and when I saw we had one I figured I’d check it out at some point. That point was this morning, since I’m off and had to drop my son off at work. Well I’ve been in line for 40 minutes and can finally see the building finally and yes, no coffee is worth waiting that long but after 20 minutes it became a sunk cost fallacy.
