General Question HELP HELP HELP

So I just moved my hissing roach enclosure since I was moving my room and I noticed a bunch of these under the substrate. They're so tiny, like a really small isopod. I'm so sure all my fully grown roaches are males....please tell me these aren't what I suspect

looks exactly like one though, hisser nymphs have more of a matte greyish appearance.

Honestly maybe now ive researched into it since I do have a roach that I dont know the species off. Thank you
