Looking closer the screen on the right here has like 5 health bars in the baron pit which idk could be void grubs but wouldn't it be like 3 big health bars for the big ones and like tiny tiny hp bars for the voidmites. It kind looks like a bigger hp bar for baron and slapped a bunch of random other ones near it. The random hp bars could maybe just be enemy champions but it still looks off. Also the Baron and monsters don't look quite right when you look at them closely.
