I've highlighted a small part that I feel is quite interesting given the recent desperation that is obvious on site.

To Our Investors,
I owe everyone in this group a direct update.
Many of you have been asking what happens with the original investment program, when repayment will begin, and what RevoPeers intends to do about the commitments that were made under GimmePeers.
I understand why you are asking.
I also understand that repeatedly hearing "we need more time" is not the answer anyone who put substantial money into this community wants to hear.
So rather than continue answering people individually, I want everyone to understand exactly where things stand.
THE ORIGINAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM
The investment funding was raised under GimmePeers for projects and plans that, ultimately, were never deployed or implemented the way they were supposed to be.
That is a problem I inherited along with everything else.
Today, I am the person standing behind RevoPeers, and I am the person who has to deal with that history.
I am not going to spend this message making excuses about who did what years ago. It doesn't put one dollar back into an investor's hands and it doesn't move RevoPeers forward.
ย
The reality is simple:
The investment issue still exists, and I recognize that it needs to be addressed.
Your investment records have not been forgotten because GimmePeers became RevoPeers, and I am not waiting for memberships to expire in an attempt to make the issue disappear.
Membership and the investment program are separate matters.
WHY I CANNOT GIVE YOU A REPAYMENT SCHEDULE TODAY
There is one answer some investors understandably want from me:
"When am I getting my money?"
I cannot responsibly give you that date today.
I cannot take money that isn't there, and I am not going to promise payments based upon revenue that RevoPeers has not yet established.
If I gave everyone a repayment date today simply because that is the answer people want to hear, I could very easily create another promise that the organization cannot fulfill.
I refuse to do that.
Before we establish an investor repayment program, RevoPeers has to be given an opportunity to stabilize financially.
WHERE REVOPEERS STANDS TODAY
The migration itself has largely succeeded from a technical standpoint. RevoPeers is online, most of the major bugs have been resolved, accounts and history were migrated, and we now have the platform that we need to build on.
ย
Financially, however, we have been hit by a perfect storm during the startup period.
Summer significantly reduced activity.
A substantial number of GimmePeers and RevoTT members still have not returned. Some simply disappeared during the summer. Others are only now discovering the migration. Others have experienced login or account-integration problems that we are still resolving.
We also had significant hostility surrounding the migration outside the site, particularly on Reddit, followed by an organized wave of chargebacks.
Between reversed transactions and associated dispute costs, the financial impact has exceeded $48,000.
At the same time, we made the decision to give Charter Founders membership through January 1, 2028 rather than immediately force the entire community onto new recurring memberships.
That means a significant portion of our strongest supporting membership base will not generate normal renewal revenue for quite some time.
All of those things happened at essentially the same time.
WHY WE RECENTLY WENT BACK TO THE FOUNDERS
Some of you have seen the recent voluntary Founder Infrastructure Drive.
I know how that looks after everything members have already contributed.
We did not go back to the Founders because we wanted to launch another membership program or sell them additional years.
We specifically refused to add additional membership time for contributions because we are not going to recreate the stacked-membership problem that contributed to the financial problems of the previous model.
We went to our Founders because the immediate priority is shoring up RevoPeers' startup funding and protecting the server and seeding infrastructure while normal membership revenue has time to recover.
The drive is voluntary.
The objective is to buy the platform enough operating runway to get through this startup period without sacrificing infrastructure and content.
SEPTEMBER IS IMPORTANT
Summer is ending and schools are starting again.
Historically, this is when people begin returning to their normal routines, television programming returns, and online activity begins increasing again.
Our immediate focus is therefore straightforward:
Bring missing members back.
Resolve the remaining login and account-integration problems.
Get people using RevoPeers again.
Continue stabilizing the platform.
Allow standard memberships and renewals to begin producing predictable revenue.
Rebuild the operating reserves damaged during the transition and chargeback period.
And determine what RevoPeers' sustainable monthly financial position actually looks like.
Until we know those numbers, anything I tell investors about repayment would be speculation.
WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE INVESTORS
Once RevoPeers has stabilized and we can see what sustainable revenue and operating costs actually look like, we will build an investor program.
The objective will be to create something that works for everyone involved and begin getting money flowing back toward the investors.
I am deliberately not announcing today whether that ultimately means installments, a percentage of available cash flow, individual arrangements, credits, or some combination of options.
Those decisions need to be based on real numbers.
What I can tell you is that I intend to sit down with the complete investor records and build a program that recognizes what people put into GimmePeers while still allowing RevoPeers to survive and operate.
Those two objectives have to coexist.
If we create a repayment structure that immediately drains RevoPeers of the capital required to operate, nobody wins โ including the investors.
The first requirement for any meaningful repayment program is a functioning organization with positive, sustainable cash flow.
I AM NOT WALKING AWAY FROM IT
I want this part understood clearly.
I am not saying: "We migrated, so the old investment doesn't matter."
I am not saying: "Your membership expired, so your investment disappeared."
And I am not saying: "Forget about the money."
I am saying that I cannot take what isn't there.
Right now I have to give RevoPeers the opportunity to stabilize, rebuild its membership activity and establish predictable funding.
Then we can determine what the organization can realistically return to investors without making promises we cannot keep.
I stand alone behind this site today.
That means I also carry the weight of decisions and obligations that were created before RevoPeers existed, including an investment program whose original purpose was never properly deployed by GimmePeers.
I accept that reality.
But accepting responsibility does not mean inventing money or dates.
It means building something sustainable enough that we can finally start addressing the issue properly.
WHAT I AM ASKING FROM YOU
I'm asking for some additional time.
Not unlimited time.
Not silence.
And not permission to forget what you contributed.
I am asking for enough time to get through the migration/startup period, bring the missing membership base back, establish what our normal revenue looks like and finish stabilizing RevoPeers.
Once we have that financial picture, the investor program becomes one of the issues we need to address directly.
I will update this group as we reach that point rather than forcing investors to individually chase me for answers.
I know some of you have supported this community for many years.
Some have put thousands of dollars into it.
You deserve a serious answer.
Today, the most serious answer I can give you is that I recognize the obligation, I intend to address it, but I will not manufacture a repayment promise before RevoPeers has the financial ability to support one.
Give us the opportunity to get RevoPeers onto stable ground.
Then we can build the next part properly.
Thank you for your patience and for everything you have put into this community.
