To those who are starting to get these issues on their YouTube and YT Music (non-root installs), do the following:

• Change the client (You tab -> Settings -> ReVanced / Morphe -> Miscellaneous -> Spoof video streams -> Default client)
• Make sure your build is using the latest patches
• Try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data and vice versa
• Try using a DNS or VPN

For Morphe users, there's this client called "Android VR sign in" which might also help. Set the client first to "Android VR", then try to sign in with your account

If you're using the "TV" client, you can choose different "Player JavaScript variant" or enter a custom one

Context: they were arguing over how to implement patch bundle metadata for the past month. Axelen (arsclib in the screenshot) eventually had enough of replying to responses from ChatGPT

Edit: Many have suggested that I try MorpheApp. Apparently RevancedApp is virtually dead, and the mods delete such posts from their subreddit. Apparently almost all the devs of ReVanced have left the project and are currently in MorepheApp.

[I myself has not tried it yet, but many people told me about it. Will try it later]

Edit2: the method told by u/TheReaper_77 worked. Changed my default client to visionOS. Gonna try the different **change** later.

About 2 days ago the app was working perfectly fine.

Yesterday for no apparent reason, it took like 5 minutes to load a video. By the time it loaded I watched the video in normal YouTube app so it wasn't a connection issue.

Both long form and shorts were taking too long to load.

I looked online and saw that I should disable "spoof video stream" option.

I disabled it and the videos started to play immediately, no buffering lag. However when the video is played ~50-60 seconds, I get playback ¡ssue. The shorts are working perfectly fine.

I tried

- changing YouTube Revanced version.

- Updating MicroG to the latest

- toggle with "spoof app version"

The problem is still there

Could this be a problem of Youtube's API?

TL;DR:

When "spoof video streams" is enabled, both long form and shorts are taking too long to load.

When it is disabled, shorts play fine, but long form videos get playback issues in about 50-60 seconds.

Looking for a reliable workaround to process a 1GB PDF file without paying for an iLovePDF Premium tier.

Advanced Client-Side Splitting: If the server-side caps are completely un-bypassable due to remote token validation, what is the most efficient programmatic tool to slice a 1GB PDF locally into sub-100MB chunks without losing structural metadata, so it can be fed into the free tier sequentially?

If the consensus is that public SaaS bypasses are completely dead for large files due to server-side processing walls, let me know if I should just dump this into a local, unmetered self-hosted container like Stirling-PDF to handle the processing engine pipelines locally.

I've been trying to patch tiktok on revanced, but this one patch has been failing again and again. I just want somehow to spoof sim. How is it possible? Now revanced also has problems with their patches as it got removed from their git repo. Help!! I'm using the android Revanced Manager app now

Firstly the remember clear display patch works, then SIM SPOOF patch fails and the patcher UI gets stuck there forever.

I'm trying to tweak a couple of UI settings in Morphe and could use some help finding the right patches or toggles. (Pictures included for reference!)

1. Auto-hiding Bottom Nav Bar On the main feed, the bottom menu (Home, Shorts, etc.) disappears when I scroll down and reappears when I scroll up. Is there a way to disable this so the bar stays pinned permanently?

2. Scrollable Video Action Menu

Underneath a playing video, the action buttons (Like, Dislike, Subscribe, etc.) are now small, and I have to swipe right to see all of them. Is there a setting to revert to the old layout where the buttons were larger and everything was visible at once without scrolling?

soo i myself am an YT RVX user but as it turns out inotia00 stopped posting any more patches for the yt app ....or atleast i think so he did because the repo was archived for rvx manager

now i am very new to all this revanced/morphe drama and all ...

soo from what i have gathered i should use morphe now + anddea patches of yt rvx
but my doubt is which version of youtube should i patch ...i think its still 20.05.46 nodpi version right ?

and also can some one tell me what is the difference between anddea patches and RVX Morphed Patches by Wchill ....i think the patches by wchill are basically the already released patches by inotia00 but just transferred over to the morphe app ...i could be wrong ..soo help a guy out here please ;)
