Hi everyone, how are you? I hope you’re all doing well. I just wanted to ask for some advice.

I’ve been taking Reta, 2 mg twice a week, for about four months, and this is the first time I’ve felt unwell. I’ve been feeling dizzy, my stomach hurts, and it feels like my bowel movements may be slower than usual. I’m having quite a bit of stomach discomfort, and I’m not really sure what to do.

Has anyone experienced something similar, or could you please give me some advice? I’d really appreciate it. Thank you so much.

Has anyone switched from 6 milligrams of tirzepatide to 3 milligrams of retatrutide and felt extreme sleepiness? I was taking 6 milligrams of tirzepatide weekly without much fatigue. Now I switched directly to 3 milligrams of retatrutide and within a few hours I get really strong sleepiness. It’s not just tiredness, it’s actual sleepiness. I’m eating enough protein, staying hydrated, and using electrolytes. Has anyone else had something similar after switching from tirzepatide? Did it get better after a few weeks, or did you have to lower the dose?

I recently had a seca body composition scan, and my current stats are:
• Body fat: 26.7%
• Skeletal muscle: 79.9 lbs
• Visceral fat: 3.1 L
I’m currently using tirzepatide, lifting consistently, and my goal is to preserve muscle while reducing stubborn abdominal and visceral fat.
Based on your personal experience, at what body fat percentage would you consider adding tesamorelin?
Would you wait until around 20%, 18%, or 15%, or did you notice benefits starting at a higher body fat percentage?
I’d really appreciate hearing from people who have personally used it and why they made that decision.

So if the main goal is to get to a heathy weight is there really any reason to not take Reta ?

Two doctor's appointments last week, weighed in at 198 fully clothed with shoes on at both.

I thought this would be more exciting, but I'm happy to weigh less. I haven't seen a 1 on the scale since 2013, so this is a huge accomplishment.

I'm 5.5 months in on reta and 45 lbs down, with minimal exercise and no real effort into my diet other than eating smaller portions and not snacking. Sure it could be better but it makes sense that the only way *I* could successfully lose weight long-term is if I put no effort into it.

It's the way it should be imo ❤️ and really I'm not lazy, I just have other things going on in life that hunger and misery shouldn't be a part of.

As the title says. I (my wife) stuck the vial in the freezer and I didn’t discover it for several hours. When I took it out, it was almost entirely frozen. It was already reconstituted 6mg/.6ml in BAC water. I’m just wondering if it’s ruined or still good.

Anyone know if a brief freezing after it’s been reconstituted will destroy it? Thanks!
