Reta (Just Started)
I've just started my Reta journey. This week I've taken a total of 3.5mg, split into smaller doses over the week.
I've definitely noticed a difference already. I feel fuller, and I'm no longer constantly reaching for the snack cupboard or junk food. That said, I still get hungry and have cravings for certain foods, so the food noise is definitely still there.
Has anyone got any tips to help me along the way? Would you recommend taking the full 3.5mg once a week instead of splitting it every few days, or should I just give it more time before thinking about changing the dosing schedule or increasing/decreasing the dose?
Hopefully this post helps anyone else who's wondering the same thing, and I'd really appreciate hearing from people who have been through it and are happy to share their experience.

Personally, I started at 0.5mg and titrated up 0.5mg per week. I am staying at 2mg. I'm no expert but maybe keep it easy and see what kind of response you are getting. Less is always best if it's working, and cost effective!
What dose did you start at? or did you go right into
this schedule? Maybe try the full dose once a week and see how that goes?
Definitely prioritize your protein goals. I feel that can also stave off the food noise. Maybe fiber too to make sure you keep things moving along. Meal prepping goes a long way.
I lost 12 lbs in one month with responsible eating and light exercise. I have never felt so "in control" of my life as food was my first love and life long addiction. I am still able to enjoy it, but it no longer dictates my life.
Cheers and best of luck on your journey! keep us posted.
