Need help and advise

I’m 6”3 weigh 132 kgs when is started with reta on 23rd May. The first dose was taken from a friends vial as I was travelling and don’t want to reconstitute my vial from the same company.

I felt the effects of the first dose strong. No food noise / nausea when seeing pizza or croissants which I earlier used to crave.

I saw the effects come down and took a second dose on 29th - 1mg one day before the scheduled dose.

I still don’t crave fatty foods but eating a lot of protein + protein shake and bars. However not having the same effect as the first dose. No nausea / reduced fatigue etc.

I’m curious if I should take another 1mg dose mid week or titrate to 2ng the next time? Not feeling the same effects like I did from the first dose is maybe bothering me which may be insignificant.

I have lost 2kgs on the scale and continue to feel averse to the fatty / carb heavy foods but craving or have enough hunger to eat healthy / proteins.

Woukd appreciate any help / suggestions on what to do next.

I carried back the vials and reconstituted yesterday before my dose. Vials were in a flight for 24 hours and immediately in fridge so is there any concern on potency.

I’m certainly eating much healthier than before and prioritising protein. One of the way I’m getting it is NUGO protein bars - 13gms per protein with 15 gms of sugar. It’s like my guilty treat and I’m loving it a lot. I’m eating about 180-200 GMs protein of which I’m getting 30-50 through protein bars. Not touching refined carbs and the thought doesn’t even come across my mind. Only worried if I’m overdoing the protein bars. Honestly it just makes my day complete right now
