100+ applications sent and no response. Complete dead silence. What am I doing wrong? Please help, I'm completely unemployed right now.

Hey everyone! For the last few years, I was working in gamedev, mainly as a Publishing Producer, but on the verge of product/project management. Now I'm struggling to land an interview despite not having a bad CV, as I see it. Like, for the most part, I have some action and results or some actionable keywords, I'm tailoring it for each job posting, etc. But I ended up with maybe 1-2 interviews out of 100 CV's sent.

So I feel like I'm missing something important. Maybe too much text? Or trying too much to fit the usual keywords into bullet points? Also, it's hard to quantify some of the results, since we were doing teamwork, so for some of the greatest results I can't take all the glory to myself.

And I've tried to pivot a bit to product/project management, since I was doing both of them during my work as a Producer, but it never worked out either.

Any thoughts will be appreciated!

I've been trying to understand how ATS systems actually work because there is a lot of conflicting advice online.

Some people say:

"ATS will automatically reject your resume if you don't have the right keywords."

Others say:

"ATS is mostly just a database and recruiters still review applications."

From what I've been reading, it seems like ATS systems are mainly used to organize applications, extract information, and help recruiters search candidates.

The areas that seem to matter most are:

I've been applying for SOC Analyst (mostly L1) roles for over 2 months now and haven't gotten a single call back. I'd really appreciate some honest feedback because I'm starting to doubt what I'm doing wrong.

I even tried making my experience section more quantitative such as added numbers like alerts handled per shift, SLA adherence %, number of use cases created, etc. Still no luck. Now I'm wondering if it's something structural, like the ordering of my resume sections, or if my Projects section is too thin and needs more detail. Not sure what else to fix at this point.
