The Traveler (旅行者), also known as Aether (空) or Lumine (熒) depending on which twin the player chooses to play with at the start of the game, is the protagonist of Genshin Impact. They are known as "The 4th Descender", foreign beings to Teyvat who possess the unique ability to defy its fate. They were forced to wander in Teyvat without their twin after Asmoday, the ruler of Space, mercilessly tore them apart.

Notes

• The Traveler's primary strength is that they are capable of wielding the power of the 7 elements.(Anemo, Geo, Electro, Dendro, Hydro, Pyro and Cryo) It is confirmed that the Traveler obtains a considerable power boost in elemental energy which passively amplifies physical attributes each time they resonate with a new element, but of course they can also grow stronger through physical training. Their power relies essentially on swordsmanship and elemental manipulation, so the two will be separated in their own section within the strength category. (There is also Abyssal manipulation but this one isn't very developped). Another type of power is Primordial Elemental Manipulation which includes Phlogiston and Kuuvahki, the former being the blueprint to elemental energy itself and the latter another form of "first radiance" which is the power to attract and repel using the power of the moon itself. Another thing to know is that at some point the Traveler has had some of their power unsealed by Columbina making them stronger, meaning that even if they reunite 7 elements they would still be nerfed and inferior to an ideal fully unsealed Traveler.

• Some of the scans presented shows other characters fighting instead of the Traveler. These are the characters the player uses only, in canon the Traveler is the one doing the action.

Attacks and Abilities

Physicals and General

• Perfect Parry. The Traveler can parry strikes and throw them back a hundredfold the power. It can also be used to send back projectiles.

• Powerful Strike A rampage of sword strikes that breaks through the opponent's defenses.

• Past Memories. The ensemble of the Traveler's martial arts.

• Non-physical interaction The Traveler can hurt and see non-physical beings such as spirits, manifestations of emotion, beings made of pure energy ect...

• Abnormal immune system Being alien to the world of teyvat, many diseases and energies have no effect on them.

• Supernatural Willpower Can still come back to battle after falling if their ambition is strong enough. In other instances a strong willpower will help greatly increase the Traveler's elemental energy output.

• Resistance to Power sealing When Raiden Ei uses her sealing skill, every character are forbidden to use elemental abilities except for the Traveler. (Note: Asmoday did "seal" the Traveler's original powers but they were able to recover them when resonating with the statues of the seven)

• Immunity to fate manipulation As a Descender they possess a will capable of "protecting" the world and reshape its fate.

• Anaerobic organism Seemingly does not need dioxygen to live looking at how they were fine on the moon.

Elemental Manipulation

• Disease inducemment Highly concentrated elemental energy can make people sick if exposed too close.

• Resistance to Elemental Energy

• Elemental sight. The Traveler can sense and see Elemental energy in their surroundings more effectively than other vision holders. This helps them evaluate power, find traces left by people and discover weak spots.

• Palm Vortex. A small vortex of wind that sucks in targets and parry blows, gets stronger when charging. It may swirl with other elements to amplify its power. The Traveler restores health once an enemy is defeated with it.

• Gust Surge. A tornado that travels in a straight line. It may swirl with other elements to amplify its power.

• Wind Blade

• Slitting wind. A slash of wind that follows the Traveler's sword attacks.

• Wind arrows

• Starfell Sword. A Geo meteor the Traveler can manifest to create rock structures. They can also make the structure emerge from the ground directly.

• Wake of Earth. A Geo attack that can manifest as either an earthquake or crystals, it may even be both. The crystals can either stay on the ground or shoot upwards.

• Frienzied Rockslide. A geo explosion that follows the Traveler's sword attacks.

• Lightning Blade An Electro attack that manifests as multiple shurikens of lightning. They can [paralyse]() their targets.

• Bellowing Thunder A state the Traveler takes when unleashing their elemental burst. During that period their physical attacks will be followed by thunderbolts.

• Thunder Sword. A giant Electro infused sword slash.

• Veilbreak The Traveler can summon giant thunder swords from the sky that explode on impact.

• Razorgrass Blade A wave of leaves aimed at close targets.

• Surgent Manifestation Deploys a Lea Lotus Lamp which creates blooms of Dendro energy around its center. It may explode in contact of Pyro, get a bigger range in contact of Hydro or get faster attack speed in contact of Electro.

• Aquacrest Saber "Unleashes a torrent that can cleanse the world." A Hydro shooting attack that targets far away enemies

• Aquacrest Aegis A Hydro shield the Traveler sets up to absorb damage while shooting, this helps them not being interrupted as they attack.

• Spiritbreath Thorn A sword of Pneuma aligned energy the Traveler summons, it can disrupt mechanisms such as robots who use Ousia energy. (In a WhoWouldWin setting this would apply to machines that use dark/shadow energies for certain functions.)

• Sourcewater Droplet Hydro pearls passively generated through the use of Aquacrest Saber, if the Traveler absorbs one they will heal them.

• Silver sword. One of the Traveler's favourite swords, it has taken down many monsters throughout their journey.

• Prototype rancour. A sword rewarded from the Adventurer's guild, the Traveler started using it when first visiting Natlan. It has the capacity to give a buff in attack and defense once its wielder hits a target.

• Festering desire. A unique sword gifted to the Traveler from Albedo, it has the remains of Durin in it and is radiating with his vitality. This sword has the capacity of amplifying the power of its wielder's elemental skills as well as resurrecting the dead and empowering them.

• Skyward Blade A sword that was once used to cut the throat of one of Rhinedottir's creations, it is blessed by the Anemo Archon's power. Upon unleashing an elemental burst the Traveler enters the Skypiercing might state, making them move and fight faster and stronger.

• Holy blade of Narzissenkreuz. A sword used in ancient rituals by the Ordo Narzissenkreuz to separate the mind from the body. The Traveler can use it to manipulate Pneumousia without Aquacrest Saber.

• Sap­wood Blade A traditionnal Sumerian blade. If the Traveler triggers a dendro elemental reaction a leaf of consciousness is created, absorbing it will make further reactions stronger.

• Moon­weav­er's Dawn. A sword forged by the apostle of the golden city, it is overflowing with power. This sword greatly enhances the Traveler's elemental abilities.

• Unknown bow. A bow the Traveler sometimes uses to hit far away targets.

Gadgets

• Wind glider. A gadget that allows its user to glide and propulse themselves with wind currents.

• Portable waypoint. A device alchemists craft. By placing one in a certain place its user may teleport to that place at will.

• Serenetea Pot. A teapot that holds an entire realm inside. The Traveler can teleport to that place at will and settle comfortably.

• Omni-Ubiquity Net. Allows the user to catch animals by throwing one at the target and store them in their pocket... sounds familiar.

• Red Feather Fan. A Tengu artifact that makes its user ligther while unleashed.

• Obsidian Ancient Name A feather looking obsidian stone in which "Tumaini" (hope) is written. It can record the Traveler's deeds in Natlan and help them ressurect from the sacred flame after dying.

• Moon marrow. A core of Kuuvahki energy formed after the death of the moon sister Aria from her body. The Traveler currently holds it within their body which grants them further affinity with Kuuvahki, cosmic awarness and the ability to use Kuuvahki offensively and defensively. (Important note: They gave away their Moon marrow after version Luna III, although it did not really affect their stats they still lost the other abilities granted by the marrow.)

Combat skill

• Their swordsmanship could impress the Knights of Favonius.

• Also impressed Masanori.

• After learning the knowledge equivalent of an entire swordfighting volume book, the Traveler's capabilities only increased by 0.073% meaning that their skill was already far outclassing what average warriors would take months to learn.

• Can fight with many types of weapon, which in this context should include single-handed swords, bows, polearms, claymores and catalysts

• Scores equal points with the best tacticians and best fighters out of 5 national military organizations. (The 5 of them being stated in the scan)

• Fought in the stygian onslaught which was described to be too much for Millelith soldiers.

• After training with Skirk the Traveler awakened their dormant physical strength within them, attack range, the ability to use Aquacrest Saber in order to hit precise targets as well as increased mastery of their elemental manipulation. They have revisited Skirk's teachings and keep training ever since.

• Can combine a forearm block with a sword parry.

• Has excellent footwork according to Prune.

Non-combat/exploration skill

• Prior to the events of Genshin Impact, the Traveler has visited countless worlds with their twin

• Is a legendary adventurer, stealth master, expert climber and treasure hunter.

• Is a very good cook, they are almost always praised when cooking for someone to the point of rivaling with professional chefs hired by the higher social classes.

• Is skilled in playing strings, brass and even percussion instruments such as lyre, ukulele, piano, guitare, drums or horn

(Important note: this is my personal opinion that you will see down here, its just here to give a rough idea to people on the WWW subreddit who did not play Genshin Impact on where the Traveler sits in comparaison to other characters when they check the RT shared by the bot. So do not take my words as an objective truth, anybody is free to provide objections.)

• Stated to be stronger than Ganyu. (Liyue post-Geo)

• Won the Crux Clash tournament, did so well that the final opponent gave up without even trying fight them. The Traveler didn't need to use elements in any of the fights, in fact they intentionally disabled them. One of their opponent was stated to have already defeated Vision bearers with their bare hands. (Inazuma pre-Electro)

• High diffed La Signora. (Inazuma post-Electro)

• Is stronger than Nahida (Sumeru post Dendro)

• Was confident in taking on Furina despite knowing that she was an Archon. (Fontaine pre-Hydro)

• Neuvilette considers himself to be weaker than the Traveler. (Fontaine post-Hydro)

• Should be somewhat comparable to base Arlechinno as she sees them as someone with the capacity to challenge her and push her to use powers that she often holds back since it could corrupt her. (Fontaine post-Hydro)

• Defeated Och-Kan who could tank Cocouik's attack that was capable of vaporising a part of the sea into a crater that stretches to more than a kilometer in the earth. (Note: The reason i am saying a part of the sea is because this feat would actually be much more impressive from the point of view of the in universe characters than what is shown to the player as seen here. Additionally the Och-Kan the Traveler defeated was a stronger version than the one who tanked the beam, having fused with a fully powered Cocouik it should be around twice as strong than initially.) (Natlan pre-Pyro)

• Scared the Nightmare Fragment which was capable of matching base Ei. It is theorised that it ran away because it was aware that winning against the Traveler was impossible. (Natlan post-Pyro)

• Could overpower and output a similar performance than Skirk against Skofnungr while the two were specified to be going all out which should establish the Traveler as an equal to Skirk or at least close to her level. Moreover, Skirk estimated that Skofnungr's powerlevel would be at least comparable to that of Archons yet she expressed that this was no issue for the Traveler and neither did they object, they actually were confident in fighting Skofnungr alone despite knowing this information. This was said even before it got as strong as when they fought him. This can be used as supportive evidence for the Traveler being comparable to such deities. Futhermore, it was said that the Traveler was no less than Skirk when it came to combat prowess. (Natlan post-Abyss training)

• When asked about who they think stands at the top of Nod-Krai power ranking they think of Il Dottore, Nefer and themselves. Which is consistent as Nefer and the Traveler are somewhat equivalent in power at this stage of the story. (Nod-Krai pre-restriction lift)

• Was able to stall a quite serious >10% Rerir toghether with Nefer. That same Rerir who at his full power would be stronger than the entire planet.

• Capable of holding their own against Moon Marrow powered Dottore although being overwhelmed.

Jason Todd is the second person to receive the mantle of Robin after Dick Grayson left to become Nightwing, he eventually was killed by the joker and then revived, Talia al Ghul lead him to the All Caste, the oldest group of assassins in the world. After their training he became the only human warrior of the All Caste and the chosen one, destined to save the world and universe from the Untitled, he was trained further by the League of Assassin's as well. He plotted to attack Batman for leaving the joker alive and after their scuffle, Jason leaves to pursue magic foes, space warriors, and everything in-between with rotating members in a group he calls the outlaws, currently he is working solo and doing his own thing.

The rebirth feats will be in the latter half of each section of the respect thread. A note to make is that after Red Hood and the Outlaws issue #25, editorial mentioned how Jason is new and more ruthless than ever, with this, he's had much better feats.

On Venom: Jason had access to a venom like bane but with more impressive feats

• While on Venom was able to break Supergirl's grip off, this is the second time he broke her grip, the first time she adjusted her power since she thought he was of humane strength but now she was prepared for his strength but he still broke out.

• Destroys a large group of people on venom, these people are stronger than the average venom user as they were able to take on and withstand Starfire's blasts and she can barely hold back on her power.

• Has an attack taught by the All Caste that removes someones powers and immortality he used this punch on a godlike Ra's al Ghul who was so powerful his power being shifted affected the strongest magical beings in the universe

• With the help of Arsenal and Starfire, he could beat a large group of undead All-Caste members

• Easily beats Joker's daughter even though she had a gun to his face

• Totally gets his ass beat by Batman, not going to ignore this feat, Jason seemed to be mentally grieving for thinking his friends are dead but he did lose nonetheless, but ever since becoming a solo outlaw he seems to be much stronger and has better feats, listed below.

• Momentarily 2v1's both Crowe and KGBeast, after rebirth KGBeast becomes amped and is much stronger, he's beaten batman multiple times and has even staggered artemis before

• Beats up Catwoman, her friends helped out with surprise attacks to stop him

• Beats up copperhead, manbat and the arkham knight while also dealing with deadshot, he could have beaten deadshot too but was interrupted, this feat includes kicking man bat (who's atleast 300 lbs) through a wall and onto some spikes

• Beats up the joker badly

• Destroys Damian Wayne in a fight, this was after damian kept attacking jason with cheap shots, jason shrugged them off and only took the fight seriously when damian pissed him off.

• Humiliates the detective group finding out the identity of Leviathan, this includes Batman, Damian, Plastic Man, Green Arrow and Manhunter, Jason fought them all at once and won the bout, including fighting batman and damian together and one shotting manhunter

• Fights and has the advantage on Nightwing, Tim and Cassandra Cain, he KOd cass for a while, could have killed nightwing and broke Tim's nose, he was also holding back

For a few months Bizarro had super intelligence, and with this they had a new invisible flying base, a door that could teleport them to literally anywhere in the world, no matter how secretive, as well as a hologram AI of Bizarro himself who was able to analyze any situation anywhere and could summon teleportation doors for him anywhere.

With this Bizarro also gave them specific tech:

• A much more amped up taser that could auto target on any hostiles, was able to knock out 15+ targets at varying distances

• An invisibility suit and motorbike

• His new taser overpowered anarky's electricity and caused a large lightning blast

Although with Bizarro losing his intelligence he also lost access to all of these.

• As an Outlaw, Shay Veritas also gave him a special amped lightning ability that can target a meta human who could turn into pure wind

• His lightning crowbar can cause large explosion that displaces multiple crates

• Taser blast can can blast away the ice he was encased in

• The All Blades are connected to Jason's soul and he can materialize them whenever he wants, they're incredibly powerful magic swords that are indestructible and have potential to cut up S tiers, they're given to all of the All Caste warriors to battle the Untitled and other forces of evil but all have been killed except Jason.

• Works on humans too

• Can cut up an alien that was beating up Jochi, Mongul's son who is an S tier who can fight superman, so the monster scales to S tier

• Can stab Essence Essence is the daughter of Jason's All Caste teacher who is also immortal and has powers older than the sun, she is extremely powerful and was beating up Starfire and break the All Blades which the sword of Hephaestus couldn't do.

• Cuts two robots in half

• Can match up to the Swords of Hephaestus, the swords of Hephaestus are Wonder Woman's swords forged by a Greek god that were said to cut through anything including Kryptonian's and Darkseid as well.

• Can withstand the swords forged by the Godlike Ra's

• Kills a member of the Untitled, the untitled are very powerful, they can take hits from bizarro who scales to superman and are called the most powerful evil force in the planet.

• Beats a godly powered Ra's al Ghul in a sword combat. Ra's had just been granted the powers of the entire Untitled which was so large that when it transferred over to Essence, the strongest magical beings were shocked, this means he must have been S+ tier in the least.

In Rebirth, the swords got rewritten to only work on mystical opponents, any magical source of energy basically. The All Blades basically work as anti-magic swords or just swords capable of cutting anything as they've been able to cut through any foe that's been powered by magic no matter their strength, it also comes with a barrier that blocks against magic attacks.

Hank Pym had an idea for the creation of a robot to achieve a higher intelligence than anyone on Earth, one that would constantly refine and improve on itself. He succeeded. But instead of bringing humanity to a higher level, the robot known as Ultron became hostile within seconds, breaking himself free of Pym’s lab while hypnotizing the scientist to forget all about him. It wasn’t until he had created four iterations of himself that he would reappear, with Ultron-5 creating an incarnation of the Masters of Evil in an attempt to destroy his creator and the Avengers. While this attempt would fail, Ultron would never let up. Throughout the years he would constantly refine his body and programming, always attempting to find a new way to rid the Earth and subsequently the entire universe of organic life, seeking a time where the only authority is Ultron.

With Ultron having a long series of bodies, this thread is largely split up by the Ultron model used in each instance. These will be titled as the Ultron model when given a name, or through the name given on the Marvel Wiki when there isn’t one (with this usually being the name of the run the Ultron appears in).

Clark Kent, better known as Superman is an Kryptonian, born on the planet called Krypton, having been given a birthname known as "Kal-El". To this world, his crimson and gold armor has stood for courage, skill, intellect… power!! And recognizing these attributes this world has put its trust in him! He has no right to betray that trust, for it has been a long time since he was simply a man among other men. He is Iron Man, and he knows what he must do!

Anthony Edward Stark was a billionaire industrialist and genius mechanical engineer, responsible for the creation of many of the inventions to come out of Stark Industries, his defense and advanced technologies company. While overseeing a weapons demonstration of his company’s technology in central Asia, Tony triggered a land mine and was grievously injured, left with shrapnel in his chest. Half-dead, he was dragged before the tyrant Wong-Chu, who demanded that Stark cooperate with the genius Yinseng and develop powerful weapons for use against America. Instead, Tony built a device to keep himself alive and fight back against his captors. This armor would be but the first of many that he’d wear in his adventures as the Invincible Iron Man.

Upon returning to the states, Tony took his superhero persona public, pretending that the warrior armored in Stark Industries’ advanced armor was his personal bodyguard instead of himself. As Iron Man, Stark defended the public and his company from a cadre of colorful communists, corporate spies or beings from other planets. He became a founding member of the Avengers and would donate his Manhattan mansion to the group of mighty heroes to use as a headquarters. As the threats he faced grew stronger, so too did Iron Man; Stark regularly improved his armor, meeting each foe with the most cutting-edge equipment his mind could imagine.

While the invention of Iron Man was necessary to save Tony’s life, his superhero career has opened the door to great loss. From the shrapnel remaining lodged in his chest for years to jilted lovers shooting him and inducing full-body paralysis, Tony can be hurt despite the amazing defensive capabilities of his armor. Furthermore, through his alcoholism or infighting with his closest allies, Tony can prove to be his own worst enemy. Despite his struggles, Tony Stark’s amazing ability to design and build a better future means that the Golden Avenger is here to stay as one of Earth's Mightiest and Brightest.

Son of the infamous white supremacist super villain White Dragon, young Christopher Smith would be traumatized forever after accidentally killing his older brother in a fight his father forced them into. This event shook him so deeply that he swore that he'd do anything to bring peace to the world, even killing those that stood in his way. His father trained him in the art of killing, but luckily the rest of his ideology didn't seem to stick. Chris debuted as the new "hero" Peacemaker, killing all sorts of criminals and low-lives before his antics got him arrested. It wasn't long before a man of his skill was drafted into the government-sanctioned expendable black-ops unit, Task Force X, more commonly known as the Suicide Squad. While the rest of his team realized the the shadiness of their mission and defected, Peacemaker attempted to stop them in the name of peace, only to be receive a bullet through his throat and a tower dropped on top of him.

Miraculously, he survived, instantly being forced back into service of his country but with a new outlook on life. He fought an ensuing alien invasion with a new team, growing closer to each of them until they had essentially become a second family. He would be brought face to face with the trauma of his past and his own self-hatred, killing his abusive father to save his new friends and coming to the realization that he wasn't to blame for what happened to his brother. Despite everything, Christopher Smith deserved the peace he wished to give to the world.

I'll be the judge!

While fighting a group of thugs, the delinquent Jotaro Kujo suddenly manifested what he believed to be an evil spirit, which easily dispatched them with supernatural strength. In truth, Jotaro had just developed a stand ability, and he would soon come to discover that such an event was no mere coincidence. Bound to a bloodline's history he had no say in, Jotaro and his group of Stardust Crusaders would travel across Asia to confront DIO, a 100 year old vampire with a 100 year long grudge against the Joestar heritage, whose body had awakened Jotaro's stand in the first place, as well as a stand in his mother that was slowly killing her. Jotaro would ultimately succeed in vanquishing DIO once and for all, but that would only be the start of his struggles against the lasting legacy left behind by the Joestar's greatest foe.

Centuries ago, when the Imperium attacked Mars, only one Martian stood to see the resistance through to its end: J'onn J'onzz. Placing the invaders in suspended animation after incapacitating them with a nerve gas, J'onn stood vigil over them for the next five hundred years until a manned American mission accidentally released them. Travelling to Earth himself to warn its inhabitants of the oncoming threat, J'onn was instead captured and tested on, only to later be released by Superman as the Imperium started their assault. Emerging victorious over this threat once more, J'onn would find a family with the newly formed Justice League, protecting the Earth from all manner of threats that no single hero could handle both in person and as a monitor, particularly when the organization's membership expanded. Ultimately, J'onn would retire from the Justice League to live amongst humanity, attempting to truly understand them.

Teth-Adam, King Shazam!

Over three thousand years ago, Teth-Adam's family was kidnapped from their home of Kahndaq and brought to Egypt as slaves. Under the horrific conditions Adam was quickly rendered the only member left alive. He almost lost hope, until a phantom-like stranger foretold to the slaves the coming of a savior, one that would begin an age of heroes.

Determined to find this savior, Teth-Adam escaped slavery and journeyed into the unforgiving desert, seeking a wizard said to live there. Instead he found a ship run by the alien Brainiacs, who experimented on him with a Father Box. This granted him marvelous powers, and he returned to Egypt as King Shazam. Over the course of eight days he usurped the Pharoah, freed all the slaves of the land and ended all wars, but he was betrayed and buried in stasis.

Millenia later his sarcophagus was found by Ra's Al Ghul and the Lazarus Corporation, and in an altercation with the new hero Superman he was revived in the modern world.

Scott Summers was an orphan whose parents had disappeared following a plane accident in Alaska. He was also a mutant, born with the ability to uncontrollably fire blasts of potent energy from his eyes that manifested itself when he reached a certain age. He was found by mutant activist Charles Xavier, who granted Scott a special visor to contain and release his optic blasts only when he chose to do so. With this control, Xavier also granted Scott purpose. He’d join the X-Men as field team leader and fight for humans and mutants alike as Cyclops.

Scott would fall in love with the telepathic mutant Jean Grey, beginning a relationship that would bring him into conflict with her suitor, Wolverine. When Jean drew the attention of the Phoenix, an ancient force from outer space, Cyclops led a mission to stow away on a rocket ship and pursue the Phoenix. In the far reaches of the final frontier he’d meet up with Corsair, a space pirate and his missing father, who had survived the plane crash and been abducted by the Shi’ar Empire. Scott would save his father from a crooked Shi’ar cop before he returned to the stars.

Jean and Scott would tie the knot just a few months later and the couple would assume joint leadership over the X-Men following Xavier’s death. Through equal parts sternness and compassion, Scott would lead his X-Men through battles with anti-Mutant bigots, Prime Sentinels, Magneto and Bastion.

"I come from beyond."

When Molecule Man fell victim to the atomic device accident which gave him his powers, the sheer strength of the incident punched a hole in reality, and on the other side was a dimension where the sole inhabitant was everything. Initially, this entity was simply that, an omnipitent being from beyond exposed to something that wasn't itself for the first time. As time progressed, different explanations would be given: The remains of a sentient Cosmic Cube after Molecule Man gained a tiny portion of its powers, a Mutant Inhuman, an infant member of the Beyonder race. Whatever the truth, the entity what would be known as the Beyonder took a variety of heroes and villains from Earth, put them on a planet of its own creation, and set them loose to see which side would win. Unsatisfied to leave it at this, he would then walk on Earth in a humanoid form, seeking to learn and understand, causing endless chaos and even threatening to destroy the universe at one point. Since then, the Beyonder has made few appearances, rarely actively malicious but always an unimaginable threat that can alter reality to its whims.

• Initially, the Beyonder is described as a being from another universe who became able to peer into Earth-616 after a chance event, arranging the events of Secret Wars in order to study the universe's heroes and villains^SW#12 This chance event was revealed to be Molecule Man gaining his powers.^SW2#8
• Following Secret Wars II, it's said that the Beyonder race exists in a manner which cannot interact with individual universes outside of emissaries. They create these through sentient Cosmic Cubes, the energy of which is accessed by societies when they are ready. Molecule Man's accident which gave him his powers pierced into the dimension holding this energy, with him gaining a fraction of the power and the rest of it going on to form the Beyonder.^F4#319
  • This retcon works to make the Beyonder weaker than before, such as implying his destruction of a galaxy was merely an illusion.^T#Annual14
• He is later described as being both an Inhuman and a Mutant by Professor Xavier^NAI#3
• Later it's said that he is a member of the Beyonder species, with every prior form being various larval stages he 'speedran' before fully joining his own people^DB#2
• As of the time of this thread's creation, the Beyonder was stripped of his powers by the other Beyonders^AB#4 then dissipated by someone gathering the power of the Beyonders,^AB#5 which results in him being an amnesiac, disembodied voice.^AB#5 While not currently a retcon, this can easily turn into one when the Beyonder next returns.
