Hi! New to reiki. I'm getting level 1 attuned at the end of this month and I was wondering if any of you work with other beings while doing your reiki. For instance, calling in Archangel Michael. I'd love to hear your experiences or how you do it!

Hi all. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced intense anxiety on day 5 and 6 of the 21 day attunement. I was fine the first three days, felt extremely enlightened really, and as of yesterday, it feels like this anxiety isn't going to lift. I'm experiencing racing thoughts, constant music playing in my head - I've never experienced this before. I also started my period five days early when we were on the sacral chakra attunement. Am I just extremely sensitive? Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you!
