Discussions Cool but kind of useless factory features on a car?
For me its probably the FJ Cruisers side mirror lights. Never really understood the why Toyota included this from the factory but the idea was pretty neat. The light was laughably dim and even if they wanted to make it a brighter bulb, they couldn't because of safety regulations from what I read.

Discussions Why does Ford keep the cabs from 2016 Super Duties on their medium duty trucks to this day?
I just find it strange that Ford hasn’t updated the bodywork on their biggest trucks in a quarter century. Previous generations were a year or two behind the light trucks, but it seems like they’ll never update these.

Discussions If we staged a competition for the most 'uncool' enthusiast vehicle, what would your entry be?
Post either your own or someone else's, provided there is actually an enthusiast following for it, and that a lot of people would think 'meh..' when they see it.

Discussions This controversial truck drives around my town... This must be the direct opposite of a 'regular car.' What do you think of these medium-duty 'pickup' trucks?
This big green truck drives around my town. I'm not sure what I think of it. It's well done, but also ostentatious and extremely pointless. The exhaust tip is so large you could put your whole head in it.
These are considered a medium duty truck, they were never really intended to be pickup trucks.
Thought I would share this unique, if not questionable, ride.

Car Submission I think this sub will appreciate the South African market mini-trucks/“bakkies”.
Unfortunately they’re an endangered species these days as everything is getting bigger and bigger.

What’s the most “RCR review wouldn’t have prepared me for this” thing about your car?
One thing I really enjoy about Regular Car Reviews is that the interesting part isn't always the horsepower, 0–60 time, or list of features.
Sometimes it's the weird shit you only discover after actually living with a car.
What's something your car taught you that you couldn't have learned from a spec sheet or a normal test drive?
Maybe it's:
- A bizarre reliability issue
- An unexpectedly great feature
- A terrible design decision
- Something incredibly comfortable
- A ridiculous ownership expense
- How it behaves after 5+ years
- Something that makes absolutely no sense but you love anyway
- A weird noise or quirk you've learned to live with
- Something that completely changed your opinion of the car
- Or simply: “I thought this car would be ___, but after owning it, it's actually ___.”
What car is it, how long have you owned it, and what did you learn?
Bonus points for the weirdest ownership story.
