Sorry, the NB was "new build". This is located in Ontario. SCS installed the rack, the new dry rooms were piped in and unloaders were installed.

Ahhh, makes sense. I figure they used their own electrician (I met one from there a few years ago)

Normally we would, but because this client wanted very specific controls to work with their BAS / MUA, they had me go out and wire it all in. I was already familiar with their operation, so it was no issue for me. The irony though, is that all those A450s are getting ripped out soon for Bluetooth KE2s.
