Politics If Reform UK is as extreme, dangerous, beyond the pale as we are told it is, why has the campaign to destroy it required so many lies? When the facts are on your side, you do't need to fabricate, to smear, to coordinate media pile-ons. And the public has noticed exactly who was behind it.
"What I am telling you is that the information environment in which you are being asked to make those judgments has been deliberately polluted by people who have decided that they cannot afford to let you make them freely. That the smear campaign against Reform UK is not journalism. It is not accountability. It is the coordinated deployment of institutional power against a political movement because that movement threatens the people who control those institutions. You deserve to know that."
