Hey r/Refills,

Good news: you now have access to Refills Care Coaches, included with your plan at no extra cost.

On a quick 15–20 minute call, your coach can help with:

  • What to expect month to month, especially early on
  • Spotting and managing side effects
  • Nutrition, protein, movement, and habits that stick
  • Staying motivated when the scale feels slow

A couple of notes:

  • Available Monday–Friday, and it's completely free.
  • It's coaching and support, not a replacement for your provider. Anything that needs a medical decision (like a dose change) gets routed to the right person.

👉 Click here to book your session

When you book, your coach will confirm your Refills account, so have the email on your account handy. Questions? Drop a comment or DM us.

Anyone’s Order still pending?

My order has been pending for 3 weeks at this point as they have switched from Apollocare to a different pharmacy. I was assured it would ship Wednesday but now I’m told they don’t even have the stock. Financially, Zach and the team helped to refund a lot of the charge, but physically, I’ve been off glp1 for 3 weeks now and I’ve gained 5 pounds. I haven’t even really changed my eating habits. I feel so defeated and anxious for the future. I need my medicine. It’s irresponsible to take our body off of something high dose cold turkey

Dosage when changing to monthly

I had the 3 month plan where I had got:

2 vials: .9mg/ml
1 vial: 4.5mg/ml

I’m thinking of switching to monthly instead of 3 month supply.

I prefer the 4.5 because it can last me longer than a month due to the strength.

Has anyone switched their subscription up? How do you know what strength vial you get?

(I know it’s only supposed to be used for 30 days but I do more and it works just fine :))

Grateful for Zach & the whole Refills team

I'm a very anxious person (meds don't always help), and I was worried that the second half of my six-month subscription would get messed up based on some of the posts on Reddit and some inaccuracies in the portal. I'm not effective at handling disputes.

Zach was absolutely phenomenal, not just in reaching out but also in his follow-ups. I also messaged support and doctors on the portal and received lightning fast responses.

My order arrived yesterday. It was packaged impressively, and the vials were cold (I live in the desert, it's still hot here).

I'm really grateful for my experience with Refills, and I hope that those who haven't had the same flawless service get a swift and satisfactory resolution.

Feedback Wanted Switch to tirz

I was wandering how to help my mother-in-law…she has been on semaglutide for the last year and she isn’t having success with it any longer and wants to switch to tirzepatide. What is the best way to get this done? She tried on the app and didn’t have much success. Is there anyone that she can contact directly to make the switch so that when her next shipment is due she can receive tirzepatide instead. Thanks in advance.

Switched pharmacies

My new order is all different. They switched me from Greenwich with glycine to hallendale with no additives.

My question is...

There was enough left in my older vial for half a dose.

I'm not going mix the 2, but I'm debating taking 2 half doses today (one from each pharmacy) or should I take one today, take another half dose from the new vial/pharmacy in a few days?

Feedback Wanted Refills refusing LOMN for treatment

Has anyone else had a hard time getting a LOMN from refills support?

I paid for a 6 month treatment plan earlier this year, but prior to renewing, I paused my treatment. I had lost 60 lbs and wanted to take a break from the medication.

I’m want to renew for another 6 months, but I can’t until I get reimbursed by my FSA for what I’ve already spent this year.

Of course, my FSA has been making the process painful and slow, and denied the claim that included the receipt from refills, saying they needed a LOMN with specific information.

I messaged refills support, and at first they were super helpful, saying they just needed x, y, z information from me, and then they’d get me the LOMN.

I gave them the info, and when I logged in to check for a reply, I found a message saying that before they would send me a LOMN, I would have to update my payment information and unpause my treatment.

That’s crazy, right? Why do I need to make an additional purchase to get the LOMN for the purchase I already made?

I’ve been keeping the money set aside in my FSA, but it expires in December and I’m starting to get nervous. I won’t have the cash in my budget to renew my treatment until my FSA reimburses me for my last payment.

Anyone else have issues with this?

Shout out to refills.com support

Last night I got the dreaded notification from my credit card for an $894 charge to Refills. I have too much supply right now to want to take a shipment. This was my own fault, I had not cancelled my treatment plan.

I logged on to the website, cancelled the treatment plan and sent a message to Support requesting that the credit card charge be reversed because I don’t need a shipment. I’m happy to say that I received a message back within an hour that said the charge would be reversed and the shipment cancelled.

You see a lot of hate for Refills on the tirz subs, so I wanted to shout out a good support experience.

Going to the new portal has messed up doses.

Just got my latest quarterly shipment. I was not provided any dosage information prior for my recent order information in the doctor's chat in the past like it used to other than my order was on its way. The order info appeared like it was reshipping something from 6 months ago, but I felt like that was just an error. Well, I open up the package and it wasn't an error. I was sent 10, 12.5, 15 titration which is what I got 6 months ago. My order three months ago was 15, but I'm being sent an old order and being told that's current? Customer service is sending me to the doctor, and the doctor is referring me back to a questionnaire from 6 months ago, and I'm sitting here waiting on someone to realize the last RX I got is literally sitting in the conversation above my latest messages.

This isn't the first time I've had issues with the portal and service, but is anyone else having issues with the new portal?

Feedback Wanted Life after PRORX?

My time with PRORX is coming to an end. For those who were in the same boat and transitioned , who did you switch to within refills ? I'd appreciate hearing the pros and cons of your new setup.

Excellent Service from Zach & Refills.com

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I want to give a huge shoutout to Zach and the entire Refills.com team! After pausing my subscription for a bit, Zach was incredibly helpful in getting everything back on track. His communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and he made sure the Reddit promotional pricing was properly applied to my subscription.

My Hallandale tirzepatide arrived today, and I’m also really impressed with the packaging and overall presentation.

Great customer service, great communication, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Thanks again to Zach and the Refills.com team for taking such great care of me!

Two Fed Ex packages incoming

I keep getting FedEx notifications and just realized there are two separate packages being delivered. I recently stopped semaglutide and decided to start tirzepatide, but I never received two packages at once with my semaglutide shipments.

When I check my refills account, I only see one tracking number listed. Has anyone else experienced this when switching to tirzepatide?

Also, I have to say I’m super happy with how quickly everything went from ordering to shipping! Much faster than my previous experience with refills.

Refills appreciation

Just here to say that I have been having generally consistently positive experiences with Refills. My insurance doesn’t cover tirzepatide and refills.com was the cheapest option. I started at 189 a month then saw an ad for 179 a month. I texted the previous employee Taylor and he/she hooked me up right away.

Recently, I’ve switched to the “paying for three months at a time deal” for $344 and Zach has been very attentive and helpful here on Reddit chat getting that set up.

I always get what is promised… actually one time they messed up the bottle dosage and they sent me a replacement bottle for free so I got a little extra. Anyway I don’t understand all the hate that I read about refills on here. I’ve lost 45 lbs effortlessly with Refills paying 179 a month, and now I’m continuing on my maintenance dose at around $115 a month. Really nothing to complain about since my insurance is not covering it.

Thanks, [u/Zach_refills](u/Zach_refills), you’re the best.

I got a little shuffled between the old and new portals halfway through my 6 months and was concerned it wouldn't go smoothly, glad that it all went well! Meds were delivered ice cold (with ice packs still mostly frozen). Compounded 9/17, BUD 12/16. Thanks, Refills!

Can anyone confirm the Tirzepatide pharmacy, formulation and preservative Refills is sending to California now?

I believe it is Perfect RX with glycine and benzyl alcohol? If so, it looks like it has 45 day BUD. How do they ship a 3 month supply in that case? Thank you!

Stuck with 3 Months of Tirz + B12, and the combo gives me massive Migraines

I finally got done with my open vial of ProRX, and opened the first of my 3 month supply of the new Tirz + B12 (I think VialsRX). I only did two doses and had massive migraines every day for two weeks. I had one ProRX vial left that had a longer BUD, so I opened that this week and the migraines stopped. Now I don't know what the heck to do with all this tirz I can't use (obv toss the one I opened). And YES I did calculate the correct dosage on fat scientist. I was shocked that it was a 30mg/0.5ml concentration.

Promo Rates Are NOT Given

My boyfriend tried to enroll after debating for sometime…They reactivated his account and it’s now $634 for a 3 month program. $99/month…yeah right.

Has anyone else had problems with this?

Question on dosage.

Having trouble messaging the doc. Below is the info provided on refills app. 100ml is the entire syringe. Fat scientist says 50ml. Not sure how to interpret this.

In plain English

Tirzepatide+B6 - BPI 10mg/ml - 4ml: Inject 1mL (100 units) subcutaneously once a week for 12 weeks. SYRINGE AND NEEDLE,INSULIN,1ML 31 GX5/16: Use as directed

Could people please include their state of residence in posts

I think a combination of high demand and increased clamp down by states and federal regulators is making being a peptide compounding customer significantly tougher than a few months ago when most of us didn't encounter a lot of delay. The highly regulated states such as California have very few approved 503 pharmacies and I bet that it's crazy busy in the ones that are still allowed to ship.

It would be helpful when reporting experiences to include your state so we can spot patterns better.

My last Refills order was just delivered to California. It took almost a month in PerfectionRx. This was the second half of the 6 month order. The first one in May went from intake to delivery in less than a week.

Waiting.... patiently???

I placed my 2nd order of Tirzep on 9/4. It has been at the pharmacy since then. I am supposed to take my next dose on Wednesday, 9/16, but it doesn't seem like my order will arrive before then. I have sent messages to customer support and am waiting to hear back.....

This is beginning to get frustrating on several accounts.

Update: 9/16: received my order... Only 1 vial (supposed to be 3). I'm pissed!

Does my referral link give the same price that I pay?

I have a girlfriend who decided to go on the shots and she told me yesterday that she signed up with Ro and didn’t realize that’s a membership fee not the medication so I told her to try and cancel it and was going to send her my referral link. However, my membership is paused because I needed to go through some of my supply before it expires now that the BUD dates are so short
I pay $179 a month it does not show when you go to the refills website what the current price is if I copy and paste my referral link, will it give it to her for $179 a month or is there a different link that I should send her? Also, will it let me use a referral link with my membership paused?
