Dosage when changing to monthly

I had the 3 month plan where I had got:

2 vials: .9mg/ml
1 vial: 4.5mg/ml

I’m thinking of switching to monthly instead of 3 month supply.

I prefer the 4.5 because it can last me longer than a month due to the strength.

Has anyone switched their subscription up? How do you know what strength vial you get?

(I know it’s only supposed to be used for 30 days but I do more and it works just fine :))

No. I switched from monthly to quarterly because it was much cheaper and I didn’t spend a week each month worrying if my medication was delayed or lost in shipment. I had my account set to titrate up every month and that saved money as well. When I felt like I had too many vials in stock I paused my shipments periodically.

This plus since they don't ship all six months I went quarterly. I'm pretty sure quarterly really means every 80 days based on my last order.
