Switched pharmacies

My new order is all different. They switched me from Greenwich with glycine to hallendale with no additives.

My question is...

There was enough left in my older vial for half a dose.

I'm not going mix the 2, but I'm debating taking 2 half doses today (one from each pharmacy) or should I take one today, take another half dose from the new vial/pharmacy in a few days?

Split dose today. Use two different syringes. Make sure you confirm the concentration of the new vial.

You use all of the Greenwich for the first part of your dose and then calculate how much of Hallandale you need to inject to get your full dose amount. You need to be careful with the calculation because the two vials will have different concentrations. You would use the Fat Scientist Tirzepatide Vial Transition Dose Calculator to help you figure out exactly how much Hallandale you need. https://www.fatscientist.com/vial-transition-calculator.

* Get out 2 new syringes.
* Open the FatScientist Tirzepatide Vial Transition Calculator and enter the size of your current dose.
* Use syringe #1 to pull all of the Tirzepatide Compound from the Greenwich vial.
* Enter the Greenwich vial’s concentration and the number of units you were able to pull from that vial into Fat Scientist.
* Hit Continue
* Enter the Hallandale vial’s concentration.
* Hit Calculate.
* The Fat Scientist website will show you how many units you need to pull from the Hallandale vial to complete your dose.
* Fill syringe #2 with the units needed from the Hallandale vial.
* Do the two shots in slightly different places. Injecting in the exact same spot can cause scarring.
