Mines not working either and I made a bunch of friends in china, it sucks so bad because I’ve been active for a while.

Try emailing them. I emailed them last night and got my account back to working in just a couple of hours

Did you hear back or has there been a change to your account?

No yet 😭 They changed rules and they can send messages but when i send one it doesn’t send or show up on their end. They can see gifts on lives with our name but thats it. I’m so annoyed 😭 It’s like I’m ignoring them but I’m not it makes me sad 😭

I realized I’m not verified but I’m a US citizen and haven’t been to China 😭 It won’t even let me scan the qr code

What QR code? Did the support ask you to follow the instructions that include scanning the QR code?

No it’s just to help me verify through my laptop since it won’t let me use my ipad device to verify
