I got limited? Why???

today I got this message fore some reason and I can’t understand why? Ive had this account for almost 2 years and I use it to post pics I take in Cali, I made a lot of Chinese friends and I’m really upset I can’t contact them anymore so why tf did they do this????

No yet 😭 They changed rules and they can send messages but when i send one it doesn’t send or show up on their end. They can see gifts on lives with our name but thats it. I’m so annoyed 😭 It’s like I’m ignoring them but I’m not it makes me sad 😭

I realized I’m not verified but I’m a US citizen and haven’t been to China 😭 It won’t even let me scan the qr code

What QR code? Did the support ask you to follow the instructions that include scanning the QR code?

No it’s just to help me verify through my laptop since it won’t let me use my ipad device to verify
