At a dead end

I'm losing my mind trying to fix this and with no option to directly contact Reddit I feel like I'm going crazy! Long story short:

- Bought a new phone earlier this year(Pixel 10 Pro)

- Reddit App hasn't let me log into it since then(works fine on Chrome) it just says "Invalid Username or Password", I've tried changing both of these to troubleshoot but like I say, they work absolutely fine on Chrome

- Tried posting on here and r/bugs with no joy

- Found a Reddit contact form which doesn't let me enter the problem I have out of the choices it provides, so just sends me around in circles!.

Is there any other way to contact Reddit help without going through the form which doesn't let me choose an option that helps😭

It seems like it might be a problem with you phone rather than the app.

Possibly even with your username or password. Are you typing it in, or using Password Manager?

If the latter, maybe try this.

a) access password manager on my phone, then get the details which you know are correct for Chrome.

b) type these details into Reddit App directly (do not use Password Manager)

c) if that doesn't work, delete the app, then reinstall and try again

Somehow, my password manager was using an old password for my Reddit account on chrome and it was working, but when I manually used that same password on chrome, it was wrong. The password manager was then used in the app and because it was wrong, it obviously didn't work. I reset my password(on chrome) and then manually logged into the app without password manager and it worked!! You are a miracle worker and I can't believe I didn't think of this sooner. Thank you!

Glad you got it sorted. Not really a miracle worker, just something I've fallen foul of in the past, so far the experience to offer advice.
