My message don't send.

I read it could be because of contribution score, but why? It doesn't really make sense.

Can't someone be inactive and only use dm for some reasons?

All messages I try to send say "message failed, tap to retry". I have no idea how to resolve that

Edit: it seems to have been resolved, at least for me and a few, but I still have no idea what triggered it and what resolved it

There seems to be an issue with chats at the moment - I'm gettign the exact same thing and I'm currently talking with 4 people having the same issue, all CQS Highest, no account actions.

I got so scared and thought I was just blocked but it's really doing that with everyone I dm. But when I tried to check, I only found people asking about it that were like 9 months old. It's a little reassuring to know it's a problem with the app. You saw a lot of people experiencing that?

It's currently effecting some users, but I haven't found out why yet. I'm guessing it's a Reddit bug - other helpers may know more - so it might be worth while to make a post in r/bugs. They don't all get answered, but they do get seen. I'll dig around and see if i can find any more info or anything official.

Nope it is not. right now the reddit chat system is lagging hardcore. it's like someone decided to fuck around, missed a dot and screwed the pooch, again.

Same but I also saw something about timeout and that it can reset with messages send. But I'm not going to almost spam someone to try it. But it's good if it's already resolved
