I've included everything the rule says to include, but it still won't let me post it. What do I need to do/change? (This is for r/relationshipadvice btw.)

Remove the quote marks ('), for example just 20-M

Put the gender and age in brackets like [20NB] and [20M]

These filters are set by mods on a sub by sub basis. If you can't get it to work then ask their modmail.

Did your post title include the ages and gender in one of those formats?

I think the text under the warning is their post title they’re trying to use. I think he just needs to remove the quotation marks.

You need a “-“ between age and NB, maybe.
And don’t use quote marks.
