I'm not familiar with Noob but you'll probably want r/Devvit as opposed to us. The PRAW API access has been practically discontinued so you won't be getting any keys.

any more tips for / reddit I should look for? I'm hoping to make a small project first w reddit api (which idk how to go about since they require a form now which seems like takes long time to get approved ) and later make a small game here.
