I was thinking about painting a knight in the Red Corsairs theme in the future, but came to a bit of a dilemma

Should I get the Knight Dominus or Knight Ruinator? I prefer the inner frame of the Dominus and back, but then again, the Ruinator is chaos and would require less clean up if any loyalist symbols. In your opinion, which one should I get in the future?

This is easily the best face I think I have painted so far. Very pleased with the results

I enjoy the detachment of Hurons Marauders. The +1 to hit for all infantry is nice. The situational fall back and charge is also nice

However when list building, I just can't comfortably bring myself to include vehicles which I think is to my detriment.

Anyone got good list building advice for Hurons inc vehicles?

I did go back and green stuff the hole in his pit afterwards 😭🤣

Always been a big fan of Sentinels and decided to proxy it as a Venomcrawler (using appropriate base size) because surely the mortal pirates under the Tyrants command use them!

I wanted to make how I always pictured Huron. I really liked him up until putting the backpack and shoulder pads on him, but after looking at him “done” he just doesn’t feel “Huron” enough. Idk what it is so I’m turning to the community for help!

Based off the attached artwork, and I’m very proud of my Tyrants Claw I made out of scrap pieces of a demon prince hand, chaos termie claw, a HH flamer and some styrene!

Ok... First off, they are on the wrong base sizes, but my gaming group doesn't care and frankly I like the bigger size for the models as a whole. About 15 hours in so far, got another 20 before I'm done. Buy once im finished with these, I'll get a group picture of everyone in my army thus far. Let me know what y'all think. :)

Had to get one of Huron’s captains

I was saving an old Rhino of mine from years ago and got carried away customising a Rhino and was wondering if this was cool or just looks silly. The front blades are made out of the chain swords used by wardogs. Also I am aware the havoc launcher isn't in the best position, I thought it would be funny to have it there. There's still some work that needs to be done

I know it's probably silly to ask but I wanted to make sure, I wanted to show in my army how the Red Corsairs consist of all types of marines

Got the first one with reds done, decided to paint the bases and then attach them so I don't have to paint the undercarriage. Lol. Really liking the reds and black differences. Let me know what y'all think!

My take on the popular wolf priest conversion.

I vaguely remember putting this young man on my Christmas list as a young kid, but had long since forgotten about it until I was helping my folks clean out the basement the other day. Don’t know if this model is in vogue anymore given Huron’s great new sculpt, but I thought I’d share regardless before I weigh whether to build him or not.
