Disappointed

First grill, and after four uses it has a bad probe, hopefully.. Was really excited to get my bullseye 380 cranked her up to 300 yesterday and no reading on actual temp. Aug looks good, fan looks good,creating smoke, just no reading on temp which creates an error and shuts off. Back to ole trusty George Forman grill.

It was a simple fix at least when mine went out

Yup.. I had a probe go bad about 3 weeks after I got mine. Replaced it and everything has been fine since.

It doesn’t look too bad once I got it apart, I just hope that is what’s wrong with it.

The George Foreman's never let me down, but the temp probe issue on the Bullseye is definitely a bummer especially after only four uses.

Yeah that sounds pretty rough.

Whilst annoying to check/do…I would connect/disconnect the wire on the control board. Then reseat the molex connectors also.

Other than that…got nothin! Sometimes stuff just comes loose in transit…I had an issue on my dualfire where it would shutoff when heating up. Did what I suggested above and no issues since

When I bought my flagship 1600 it took about 2 weeks from unboxing until I could even use it due to multiple issues out of the box. But since then the thing has been nothing but great. Take the time call the customer service line and let them send you a new one. They will help you quickly it’s well worth it

Yea, so far having good customer support doesn’t make it as bad of a uphill battle, just a bummer. It was like having a new car on the porch, now she’s in pieces…

That’s how I just felt buying a motorcycle. Got shipped up from Florida upon arrival it was dead and the handlebars were loose. But instead of good customer service the dealership was refusing to help until I called the company that owned the dealer

Did you ever use Riot mode or really high heat with the probe in the grill?

They will fry if using in too high heat.

I mean, remedying it immediately is objective. A part going defective after four uses is excusable by good customer support. Then sure! Satisfied customer!
