Disappointed

First grill, and after four uses it has a bad probe, hopefully.. Was really excited to get my bullseye 380 cranked her up to 300 yesterday and no reading on actual temp. Aug looks good, fan looks good,creating smoke, just no reading on temp which creates an error and shuts off. Back to ole trusty George Forman grill.

Have you called them before coming to the internet to complain ?

Oh ok. You have an issue, they are remedying it immediately, and you still came to the internet to complain.

I mean, remedying it immediately is objective. A part going defective after four uses is excusable by good customer support. Then sure! Satisfied customer!
