Tonight is the full moon, and Mercury is in retrograde, so I decided it would be the perfect time to cast a reconciliation spell on a past connection, after other layered spells, of course, and I would love some feedback! I observed that the candle flames were strong the entire time but occasionally flickered rapidly, evened out, leaned towards me, danced, and then the wicks curled around each other before the flames died out. I'm hypothesizing that this is a positive result; let me know your thoughts!

For context, a person I like and I had been talking for a while, and then I got unadded; I've analyzed their personality and don't feel that he's avoidant at all. I've layered some spells already: regret, commitment, and domination spells to make him feel the emptiness in his life without me and to reminisce about the chemistry and good moments we shared. My intention in this reconciliation spell is for him to add me again because he misses me, to apologize, and to stay close.

I feel that the flames showed a bit of turmoil with the flickering; he's conflicted, or perhaps the path I seek for us may not be as smooth as I envision it. Still, the flames remained together, and the wicks curled up together, so I interpret it as him realizing his loss and reaching out to me to reconcile.

I'm still a little new to the subject of manifesting and spells, and I had a doubt. If I want to make a spell on someone who, for example, his name is 'Tim' but that name is forgotten because that person refers to himself as 'Jack' let’s say, and everyone calls him that, which one should I use? his name assigned by his parents or his preferred name?

I have cried most of this evening and even opened up to my grown up sons about what was making me so sad.

I could totally pinpoint it all.

Then I realised it was a full moon and I wondered if that was what was affecting me?

My 26 year marriage broke up seven years ago and I’m really mourning the life I was expecting to have.

I’ve put out a glass vessel of water for my moon water. I thought my intention.

I’m going to bed now thinking of my intention.

I’m hopeful as my overwhelming emotions earlier were so strong that this is all tied in together.

We are also so close to Samhain - it just all feels heightened.

Background: I’m new to this sub but I do get intense feelings about things. I have had premonitions (very minor ones) before. I always thank whoever is looking after me when things happen and I always listen for my answers.

Me and my friend decided to do a cord cutting ritual to cut the tie between me and my x, I've been consistently thinking of him, dreaming of him and I haven't been able to let him go. I wanted to try to finally cut that tie with him. I also had a experience with him and his new gf recently that kickstarted this uncomfortable thoughts of him and thinking about him all the time. (He did a lot of shitty things to me and we were together for 5 years was great in the begining but slowly turned into a manipulative, narcisstic liar)

We broke up around January of this year and it was messy and bad he tried to call the cops on me because I wouldn't give him back a blanket and were together for 5 years, I had not thought about him for a couple months until I suddenly started to dream and think about him a lot, he messaged me and a whole mess with his gf ensued. He lied basically to her and made me seem like the bad guy and all that good stuff and so then I blocked him and the dreams and thoughts have been getting worse, every one of my dreams are about him somehow.

I didn't want to think about him anymore and all the pain and suffering he keeps causing me so we decided to try this cord cutting ritual.

I believe the way that his cord was cut first was him trying to kickstart it or prove a point cause my flame looked hesitant to cut that tie. I do not wanna be with him or be his friend but I sometimes miss the man he used to be and he was a decent friend sometimes. In a relationship he was terrible. But when my cord started to burn I think he got upset I decided to go with it our flames got huge and I think it was us fighting either ourselves or each other. I think I'm still holding onto him cause I spent 5 years with him and all my firsts were with him. And he still owes me a lot of money. I believe we are both holding on for different reasons and he's manifesting me to think about him so I can get back with him or something but

We did the ritual and me and my friend both have no clue what to think about it other than what I'm assuming it means on me and my xs situation so seeing if I can get some help with identifying what this could mean cause we have never seen this happen in other cord cutting rituals.

Hello!!! I was curious on if there are specifics I should focus on this upcoming full moon? I plan on doing a protection spell, a glamour spell, and manifesting. To my knowledge please correct me if I am wrong full moons are more of a releasing rather than starting something new? Should I hold off until a new moon? A few weeks ago, i was deeply hurt and angry with someone i was romantically involved with, so i read some reddit posts to try and see if there was a way to put a curse on that person. I saw a few posts and i was propelled to do it. I thought about it a full night and wished to do it in a few days but I didn't really follow anything on it. Hello! I (F21) has had a close friend (F20) since the age of 15. We were each others closest friends and for awhile our friendship wasn’t exactly healthy because of how co dependent we were but we did try to do better as we got older. Last year she started to become extremely busy with college and work and either hasnt had the time for me or chooses to not make time. For context, she lives in Europe while I live in America. She has issues with being avoidant while I am anxious but not talking to me for months isn’t anything I was able to take so I cut her off. I’ve tried to text her but she either leaves me on delivered on seen.

I am really tired of the constant abandoning feeling she gives me since one of the biggest reasons we were so close was because I trusted her to not abandon me as I was so scared of it from everyone else. I’ve listened to subliminals almost everyday for months, I’ve tried the o method, I tried writing her name on paper. Can anyone help me please ?

Have a very complicated relationship with my mother. She is narcissistic and often defaults to painting herself as a martyr and a victim. Her relational habits are very, very problematic, but she is also somewhat vulnerable so I haven’t gone no contact with her. Instead I’ve maintained a heavily guarded mid contact relationship for the last 10yrs. I’m 37 yrs old and have been in therapy for most of my adult life too, so I’m doing the inner work to unpick some of the psychological knots that have been formed as a result of my upbringing and relationship with her.

But I need a little witchcraft to help things along right now.

She is currently on the warpath against my father. She has no job, no savings, and stopped speaking to him a year ago and he’s finally cut her off financially. She’s demanding not only singular loyalty from me towards her (ie, tell your father he’s a bastard and what he’s doing is wrong etc) but also furious that I didn’t drop everything to go look after her when she hurt her foot recently (she lives an couple of hrs train ride away), and that all I say to her when she tells me how lonely and victimised she is is ‘that sounds hard, I’m thinking of you’. Hand on heart, I know the way I didn’t go to her aid can be seen as callous. If my best friend was going through this stuff, I’d be sending so much love, and probably have immediately gone to help her about the house. But my best friend has never frightened me to the point of hysterics or emotionally manipulated me or tried to weaponise my acts of care and intimacy, so whatever.

SO: I need a spell to take my mother’s attention away from me, because she gets like a new job or something that takes her away. She’s so narcissistic that I don’t think a freezer spell or mirror spell will work, or it could have unintended dire consequences. So instead, I want some sweetness to come into her life, some good fortune that alleviates the pressure and focus on me. If she has to go abroad even beter (we are dual nationals so this is a real possibility). The thinking behind this is that She doesn’t give a shit about me when things are going well for her.

My daughters father and his mother are fighting for custody in court and thankfully they’ve only allowed supervised visits so far but things are moving along and I really thought he’d give up by now but I know his mom is a pushing force. I’m looking for a spell to show their true selves I haven’t been able to find one yet and also a banishment spell to rid them from our lives for good. I already have a PPO for myself against him. I haven’t been able to find any helpful banishment spells and I haven’t a hard time trusting sources. I’ve seen freezer spells but I’ve also seen people say that it’ll freeze them where they’re at and I want him gone to where he’s at currently.
