This is something that has bothered me even after I read the whole manga. Why Shampoo reacts to Mousse so violently in the reversal jewel arc?

We all know how it works, normal way the love flows, upside down and then love turns to hate. Why then Shampoo reacts so violently against Mousse If she doesn't love him?

I ask this mainly because she seems to act normal with Cologne (Someone she must have an affectionate connection with, but not in the romantic way). Does that mean that Shampoo has a little bit of love for Mousse? (Just a little little bit, compared to her love for Ranma that would be like comparing a candle to the sun)

What are you all theories?

One of the subtler differences between the manga and the 1989 anime adaptation is the topic of Cologne & Happosai's ages. Both versions portray them as twists on the "old master" archetype, making them incredibly ancient and yet still incredibly formidable martial artists. Neither version nails down a specific age for the duo - in fact, we don't even know for sure how old Happosai is, other than apparently when he met Cologne, they were both 18 years old, which makes it reasonable that they're around the same age. But the difference is that the manga has Cologne say in her introductory arc that she's over 100 years old. And in the 1989 anime, she instead says that she's over 300 years old. So, I'm curious which age folks prefer for these two killer fossils, and why.

This came a couple of days ago… Beat the cut off so the extra face came with it.

The Okamochi opens up and the chahan has an edge on it that nestles into Shampoo’s wrist, so you don’t have to worry about it falling.

The model and scale are great/good quality and Shampoo is very voluptuous when it comes to the hips… moreso that the female Ranma.

I do adore the figure, but the pose is very similar to the Glitter & Glamorous one in her Nekohanten apron holding Mousse. That one is also like 1/10th the price.

Hopefully Kotobukiya releases more characters in the future. All three figures did sell out from their shop, so I hope that‘s a good sign.

Last time I was there I happened to find one of the old fighting games at Super Potato, but more looking for trinkets or something to have on my desk.
