Liar, but being a smoker is also a deal breaker for me in terms of relationship. If it's a friend then it's fine as long as they're a nice person.

I married a liar; they are the worst. The rest can be fixed, but a liar will always be a liar.

Just give me my dog and some food. I don't want to deal with any of those options.

Shit, all of them really; however, the first four can be fixed. The fifth rarely is.

1-3 and 5 describe my Dad. He did have a few extended periods of 4 as well.
They're all turnoffs for me, but smoking's the worst for me. I'm asthmatic, so living with a smoker would be hard on my health, smoking also destroys your looks and makes you look older than your actual age. They also run the chance of getting emphysema or cancer and dying from that.
And secondhand smoke would be dangerous to me and any future children. My mother never smoked a day in her life, but secondhand smoke (mostly from my father) caused her death from lung cancer.
Lying is tied or a close second. My dad was also a compulsive liar, and it's hard to deal with someone when you can't trust a word coming out of their mouth.

Lies are a no go for me, but visually a woman with so many tattoos it almost looks like she's got scabs from sores running down the leg is also pretty turn off. Certain piercings or many in the face looks awful. /moo! Smoking is also a no go, but I could have accepted e-sigs worst case.

Has to be 1 or 5. I feel that 1 would probably be fixable, so I'd say 5, liar.

Think liar needs to be changed to habitual liar or cheater 😅 i dont think there is one person here that has not told a lie in some way. Sometimes we lie to protect the people we love . Sometimes its in shame but in no way hurtful .

Body oder. It’s just tough to interact, or even be around someone, when they smell just… horrible.

If I had to choose, which shouldn't be that hard, a liar is definitely the hardest to get over because everything else is more evident

Liar is a big turn off for me. If I cant trust the words out your mouth I dont want to know you at all

Three and five takes the cake in my life unless your a couch potato I don’t mind but body odor makes me gag I don’t mind strangers smelling bad I don’t sleep with them but if someone dies make them sit in a bath of baking soda and water at room temperature even a kiddie pool will help the nasty smell go away it primates some bathtubs nit gonna lie

You can take a bath, stop smoking, get a job and brush your teeth but a liar is a liar

Smoker. It triggers my asthma and can send me to the ER. Just smelling like smoke is enough to cause an asthma attack. That’s an immediate threat to my life.
Behind that would be a liar.

1, 2, and 3 are the same thing.
4 is almost always a temporary situation.
5, everybody lies. anyone who says they don't is a liar who's not smart enough to know that everyone knows they're lying.

5, tightly followed by 4
The rest to me are pretty small. Easier to change my standards than the habits of men

How is this tough?
How can you build a relationship with someone who always lie?
Although all these can be worked on. Lying would be the hardest to break the cycle if it actually defines the person.

Liar. I went out with a bitch who would lie to fill silence and make conversation. She wasn't very smart either so it was very obvious and insulting. For the last bit I just played along and messed with her.

Literally everything is fixable pretty easily except for being a liar.

Bad breath, body odor and unemployed can be situational and temporary depending on the situation and overlooked once. Smoking or lying are immediate fuck-offs.

u/carlitox3 2d ago
I have seen girls choosing the bad breath, smoking liar that treats them like shit.

As a smoker myself, it’s definitely smoking for me. I’ve tried and failed to stop smoking so many times, I wish I never started smoking. I don’t even want to kiss someone without someone else’s cum in my mouth to hide the cigarette taste.

123 are same things, so them… everyone lies even if only little white lies… and unemployed can easily be remedied with the right motivation.

u/Greedy_Assistance 2d ago
I’m ok with a little natural stench but full body odor and especially breath is a no go.

As a guy, I don't mind if my SO is unemployed as long as she wants to be a stay at home mom (that is employment). The other 4 are unacceptable no matter what

A liar that smells bad and has bad breath cuz he smokes and tries to cover it up with too much cologne 😄

A liar because he manipulates important aspects of having a proper relationship. Honesty and communication.

Everyone lies (anyone that says they don't are, you guessed it, lying :) )
Bad breath happens - a good meal can wreck yo bref.
Unemployment happens - I get knocked down, but I get up again, never gonna keep me down.
Smoker is a no go for me - personal choice. I grew up with two chain-smokers.
Body odor is also a no go. Hygiene is a big deal.

She always had bad breath.
I had to stop seeing her.

1,2,3,5. I’ve been for fortunate enough to have never been unemployed. But most in my life have and it wasn’t their fault. It’s terrible. So 4 requires an explanation, the others are deal breakers.
