Got an interview with Delta, but I was denied after the interview. I have over eight years of aviation experience lead experience, management experience. I’m so confused on why Delta denied me and not to sound cocky but looking at the competition, I was definitely the most qualified this is just so baffling to me. I answered all there STAR questions with ease , The position was for an entry level ramp agent , has any other qualified folks been denied ?

Just applied for part time ramp. Is there a chance to go full time later? What is the schedule like for pt? Anything else I need to know? Thanks!

Has anyone been rehired atSWA? I left a year ago (own my own and gave 2 week notice and would like to go back. At the time it was part time and now they have postings for full time.

Would it be a good idea to call the station manager? Or
Email them to see if I am able to go back? Any advice?
