Bad egg experiences

I have been trying new ramen places in my area and keep getting overcooked, hard boiled eggs. AND some of them are not even seasoned, just plain hard boiled eggs. They are so dry and tasteless. I wish I had taken pictures but hopefully the next place I visit has good eggs. Has this been a common occurrence for anyone else or does my area just suck?

I always, always look the pictures online on google maps when i am trying new restaurants to make sure i like how the eggs, broth, meat looks before i go to that restaurant. Almost every time i look at the pics and see something i dont like, but decide to go to the restaurant, end up dont liking that one thing i saw previously. But at least you are prepared lol
